BTX is one of the best b2b products I've used in recent memory
One of my favorite features of our iOS SDK is letting customers choose exactly what they need help with before starting an in-app conversation with your team.
Escargot was one of our earliest customers and they built an iOS app that is the funnest way to design and send greeting cards to your loved ones.
So it was equally important that their in-app support felt just as delightful!

I worked on Siri at Apple and couldn't reliably use it. My stutter eases when I whisper, so I wanted a microphone that could hear me at that amplitude, no matter where I was. That's what sparked VOX.
This isn't just for the 1% of us who stutter. It's for MouthPad users living with weak voices, and for anyone who wants privacy when they talk to their computer.
We're convinced that speech is a key part of the future of human-computer interaction, but today it only really works in a quiet room, with nobody around. So we rebuilt the keyboard around a stethoscope: VOX picks up your voice through your body, rather than the air in the room, so a whisper still gets through when everything around you is loud. Private, robust, always available.
I'm a big believer in agentic workflows, but my fear with more and more agents is that we become slaves to the screen. My hope is that, through well-designed interfaces, we untether ourselves from the desk and reclaim an hour under the sun.
Beyond feeling comfortable using voice AI in public, and actually being able to use it, it's changed how I work. Over the past few months I've gone from under 8K steps a day to 15K+ on average, since I can now work on the go even when it's noisy around me.
Universal design is the key to effective human-machine interfaces. Designing for the most constrained is how you make something better for everyone.

VOX: Voice Operator eXperience
A stethoscope for your voice: works at low volume and in loud environments.
Across all your devices and agents.
There is truly no one I know in tech working more selflessly to better peoples' lives than @tomasmas.
@augmentaltech's latest product look like an absolute game changer for those of us relying on dictation more and more for our work.

Introducing VOX: a microphone you wear on your skin, made for private dictation.
Works with low-volume speech (even whispers) and in loud environments.
Remappable buttons for your shortcuts.
I'm really not more of a tweeter (or public shamer), but this is now the fourth time our product has been taken completely offline by @Railway instability. Doesn't really matter how pleasant the UI is when it's telling you your database can't be reached.
Is @Railway having another outage? Our database has become unreachable, redeploy is completely stuck.

Cards coming to a celebration near you!
my cousin pitched me a greeting card company 5 times over 5 years. i said no every single time. then in 2025 i finally said yes. to a paper company.
while every founder i knew was racing to build AI agents, we walked into VC meetings pitching snail mail. we kept telling investors: in a few years saying your company "uses AI" is going to sound as ridiculous as saying you're "an internet company." so we skipped that part.
escargot is not a greeting card company. it's a way to stay close to the 15-20 people you actually care about. we remind you when the moments are coming, make it stupidly easy to show up for them, and close the loop so you actually feel it. no algorithms. no hashtags. just slowing down and being thoughtful.
today @BusinessInsider published a feature on what we're building. we raised $2.75M led by @NWischoff and @HannahGreyVC with @spc , @_CommonMagic , @NextWaveNYC , @bentossell , and @LizaGurtin .
grateful to my co-founder and cousin Andrew for not giving up after 5 rejections. and to our team — this doesn't exist without you.
cards are just the beginning 🐌

It is a privilege to have your support, thank you for sharing our vision 💌
When I first met @ASALBERT + Andrew, what stood out was their confidence zigging where others zag - bc they deeply understand culture.
Next gen consumers crave analog. Real friendships.
Escargot are building the celebration layer of the internet; proud investor @_CommonMagic
Nichole is actually the greatest, she is as real as they come, and we couldn't be luckier to have her along for the ride 💌
