Warning: Do not work with Captain Kole, his @RLTrilogySeries, and other ventures. Last December, a crew of casters and I were hired on a mostly verbal agreement basis (outside of the contract that I drew up for myself (Image 2) and to which Kole agreed within Discord) to work a week-long event for the RLTS. We had agreed on an hourly rate that Kole would pay out through the following months as he could, spent the week working the online event, and moved on. However, Kole never paid the talent their wages (some owed in the several hundreds of dollars) and has since ignored further follow-ups (Images 3/4), deleted previous DMs that included him agreeing to rates, a timeline of payment, and other conversations about the event, as well as removing us from the RLTS Discord server. I don't post this expecting any kind of resolution with the money that I, or the other casters that worked the event, are owed. This is to say that Kole is not a bad person, but he acts irresponsibly and should not be in any kind of position of credibility or power within esports after burning an entire broadcast crew.
