Tesla drivers burn to death in their cars because of electric door handles that stop functioning after an accident, but Elon Musk is selling idiot young male Americans the dream of a hovering vehicle. Because why not hover joyfully while burning in a car you can't exit? Potentially on Mars?

Saudi Arabia walks into Burkina Faso with a suitcase full of money.
Saudi Arabia We would like to build 200 mosques.
Captain Ibrahim Traoré looks at the proposal, looks around the country, then looks back. Two hundred? Brother... we already know where Mecca is. What we are looking for are electricity companies where Burkinabès can work.
Saudi Arabia: But this is a generous religious investment, Captain Traoré.
Traoré: Excellent. Now make sure the next investment comes with roads, factories, hospitals, irrigation systems, and universities that don't just teach another man's language, but show Burkinabès how to manufacture—and maybe even a power plant.
Then, he allegedly hits them with the African development version of:
You invest billions in America, the UK, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland, where they already have skyscrapers. But you come to Afrika just to build mosques? How many mosques did you build in America, Canada, Japan, Australia, Switzerland, or the UK?"
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This viral anecdote about Captain Traoré rejecting a Saudi offer to build 200 mosques is fabricated and has been repeatedly debunked by Burkina Faso authorities as recycled fake news since 2023.

How can you see this and still be bullish on sha256? China controls over 60% of the hash rate
INCIDENT REPORT: Our cash system was maliciously tested today. Our security measures kicked in, blocked the IP, all calls and we where on it within 15 minutes.
A script tried to pull funds from wallets that held nothing.Thousands of requests in under an hour, but our OracleAI and security algorithm quickly blocked it and identified the attack.
The hacker didn’t know our strengths and assumed we run off-chain balance systems, but everything is on-chain and untouchable.

Another day, another update for the team @usedotai.
What I love most about this team is their relentless pursuit of the consumer experience. They are continuously fine-tuning their platform and products to make them as user-friendly as possible, while focusing on keeping user data 100% private all the way through.
$DOT continues to define what a privacy focused AI business is, and they are just getting started.
The market cap is currently $7 million, and this will undoubtedly be a multi billion dollar company in the next few years.
$DOT baby!!
We’ve shipped a deeper update to Dotcode’s shared execution and preview pipeline.
The focus is better coordination between the conversation, the workspace, the tools and the running project.
what’s improved:
- follow-ups use more of the conversation and existing workspace context to decide whether to build, edit or explain.
- prompt delivery waits for backend acceptance. pending prompts survive reloads, with clear recovery and resend controls.
- preview startup respects the project’s actual entrypoints, build steps and npm lifecycle hooks. this improves support for nested projects and node.js / tailwind setups.
- tool-call handling and repair loops have stronger validation and progress tracking, helping the agent recover using actual runtime feedback.
- build verification checks the resulting application, including rendered previews and user interactions.
- managed java / maven tooling and better detection of compiled-source edits make backend workflows more dependable.
These changes strengthen the shared system across models and project types.
You keep the freedom to choose your model and your stack, with better context, execution and verification behind the build.

I’ve heard all the arguments by seemingly some very smart people who continue to belittle BIP-110, XBT and Blake2b. I don’t believe any of these so-called experts are putting enough weight on the big picture. There is much more at stake than just monetary freedom.
History tells us that a country that does not pay its debts eventually pays with its freedom. The United States is rapidly approaching a cliff of no return with no one to bail them out.
Many bitcoiners have forgotten Satoshi’s warning: “Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks.” Satoshi gave us a way out in 2009, but not enough people truly understood the problem bitcoin solved and where we were on the timeline of history. This was evidenced when an entitled group of bitcoin developers changed bitcoin behind closed doors under there guise of improving it and shipped Bitcoin Core v30.
XBT on Blake2b restores bitcoin to Satoshi’s original purpose. However, the handwriting is on the wall. XBT may be the last arrow in the quiver to defeat the money printer. More importantly, it may be our last chance for the political and social freedoms that many have taken for granted for too long.
We must all take some accountability when it comes to keeping XBT an anti-fragile monetary only protocol. This battle is being fought on many fronts, so if an idea comes to you that reinforces this goal , take the initiative and act on it no matter how small or insignificant you think it might be.
True freedom comes at a cost.

If it took 4+ years for bitcoin to hit $600. So what does today's price of XBT on Blake2b say? Truth is freedom.

I think many Suitcoiners who come to believe bitcoin is something other than a monetary network greatly underestimate the consequences of the philosophical node runner wars that ensue in the wake of their careless decisions.
XBT is bitcoin
Blake2b is bitcoin
A catastrophic direction for OpenAI to take, further ushering their platform into the claws of EU regulation.
As AI becomes integral to our daily lives, must we really sacrifice so much sovereignty, and freedom of thought?
Are we really transforming the world for the better? Or simply funnelling a users life into one labs, predatory trap.
The great shift is upon us. Dot’s necessity grows.
app.usedot.xyz
We're expanding our approach to content provenance to include text in response to EU regulatory requirements, while recognizing the significant limitations of current text watermarking technology.
Our tools already help verify whether an image or audio file was created with our models. This work builds on those efforts to help people better understand when content may have been generated or edited with an OpenAI model.
In the EU, we’ll start watermarking eligible text from ChatGPT and Codex over the coming weeks to comply with the EU AI Act.
Customers using our API can turn on text watermarking for select models worldwide today.

Usage 🔼
Revenue 🔼
Users 🔼
20.1B tokens processed over the last 30 days.
-6,324 daily free users (up 3.55% over last 6 days)
-267 paid subscriptions (up 10.79% over last 6 days)
-$156,072 annualized subscriptions(up 5.78% over last 6 days)
Paid subscriptions are growing 3x faster than daily free users, an indication that monetization is currently growing faster than top-of-funnel usage.
In other words, we’re seeing a relatively larger increase in users converting to paid subscriptions.
We expect this trend to continue as we gradually taper the amount of daily tokens available to free users.

OpenAI is currently releasing a stream of cybersecurity and defense models, and gatekeeping them from you.
At Dot, we believe freedom is power, adding Abliterated Large V2 from @abliteration_ai to our platform, with its own Opsec workspace, DotSec.
Based on GLM-5.3, with refusal behavior removed, a 1M token context window, tool calling and streaming. Built for security research, code analysis and adversarial testing.
Upload your source folders or scripts, give it a public repo, and start digging. Find broken access controls, trace how an exploit works, review auth logic, question your architecture and work through the fixes. Web research is available when needed, with the files it reads and its activity visible as it works.
Use DotSec directly with your existing Dot credits, or connect the model through our API to your own tooling. The workspace reviews source and proposes fixes; execution stays in the environment you control.
As centralized labs release more cybersecurity and defense models, imposing barriers that threaten your sovereignty, we’ll continue leveling the playing field, protecting your right to innovation.
