Major upgrade to @DreambaseAI this week. @edmoralesb breaks down some of the nitty gritty details.
We built Data Analyst Loops with specialist agents, DuckDB over Parquet, and review gates that reach the rendered pixels. We added a durable orchestrator coordinating specialist agents through bounded tool loops, and validation progresses thru the cheapest deterministic checks.

I feel like most analytics products have failed to figure out how to embrace the AI era. I'd put them in two buckets: 1. Ignoring AI entirely 2. Pretending all the AI features should be built into their product directly I know multiple analytics companies that are building their own agent harnesses, but I don't know of any with working Agent SDK traces. All I want is something that my agents can access the data from effectively, implement in my codebase effectively, and give me useful information about how people actually use my products and where the friction lives. Feels like a huge miss in the market. Maybe an opportunity for someone to come in with something better?

Exactly what we built with @DreambaseAI. Makes it easy to connect your company’s data sources and start watching for patterns.
Every startup should have a daily markdown file called "what_the_market_is_telling_us.md" It updates every morning from the places where customer truth already lives: 1. Stripe for who pays, upgrades, downgrades, and churns 2. PostHog for what people actually do in the product 3. Intercom or Plain for support tickets/complaints 4. Granola or Gmeet transcriptions for sales calls/ customer interviews 5. HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM notes/lost deal reasons 6. Linear, Jira, or GitHub Issues for bugs and feature requests etc 7. Ideabrowser MCP for outside market signal: startup ideas, trend reports, social/search demand, AI research reports, and builder prompts that show what people are starting to want before it shows up in your own customer data. Basically, the file should notice what changed in the business this week and not just be this summary of here’s what happened (which I think a lot of people have their agents do). Why this is valuable: 1. Maybe new buyers are using different words than they were a month ago. 2. Maybe trial users are getting stuck in the same place. 3. Maybe upgraded customers all touched one feature right before they paid. 4. Maybe churned customers keep mentioning setup confusion. 5. Maybe sales calls are suddenly losing to a competitor you used to beat. 6. Maybe support tickets are revealing a workflow your product accidentally became responsible for. You get the point. The fastest way to PMF is understanding customers better than anyone else, and the highest signal customer insight is usually a change in behavior. So I’d have the agent update the file every morning with the pattern it found, the receipts behind it, and the product or GTM decision it might affect. For example: “3 customers who churned this week all mentioned setup confusion, and 2 of them never invited a teammate. This looks more like an activation problem than a pricing problem, so I’d look at team invite and onboarding before building another analytics feature.” A little helpful tip for all those out there looking to get more from their LLMs.

I changed my title to Builder. Just "Builder." A little generic, I know. But "Full Stack Company Builder Powered by AI" didn't fit in the bio.

Tech community is very welcoming I come from a corporate background. People are judgy. How you dress, how you talk, what you post on LinkedIn or Instagram. For me doing this X account from scratch and without telling anyone about it was an experiment. It a new social bubble for me. And I think I'd like to stay here. I am impressed how supportive tech/indie-hacking environment is. I am in the game for only 6 months but I can already see that. Small creators support small creators. Big influencers reply to their followers. People talk arguments, are not afraid to raise concerns and resolve them. Recent example. I recently tried out @DreambaseAI on by tini-tiny database. Magical experience. Put it on a shelf to have a look later. A day later... I got proactively contacted by the co-founders (@alwaysunday and @kyleledbetter) to hop on a feedback call. What? Me? Why? We had a great chat. That rare one when you get from the call more energized than you were before. I got invited into a product slack chat. Something about it feels so comforting and warm. Never experienced that before. I'd love to have more of that in my life. And I know this tweet will have like 20 impressions but I just wanted to say it out loud and I am just glad to be a part of this community. Would be cool to contribute with my cool stories one day too. Peace.

Had a great time chatting with the @DreambaseAI founders. Huge unlock for small/medium businesses without the budget for growth hacking / product development teams. It's essentially chatGPT meets product reports for your @supabase data. Plug and play.
