Another fun meetup morning with some of this year's @DreamRunProject crew!
Progressive 8 x mile with 400m float led to some nice 10mile pbs in training. 6 weeks to go. The countdown is on!!

The very best of luck to everyone racing @dublinmarathon tomorrow, especially the @DreamRunProject group and all the others I've been coaching. Normally feels like I cover the marathon distance myself chasing everyone around the chase but cannot wait! Good luck! #enjoy #nerves

What a day for the @DreamRunProject at @dublinmarathon!
The bar was set high by 2019 group with 7/8 pbs and 4 sub 3 hours.
But the2022 group more than rose to the occasion with 9/9 pbs, 4 sub 3hour performances and a collective 83mins improvement. #proudcoach #delighted #sub3

10 years ago this weekend, I ran my first ever marathon in what has so far been my only @dublinmarathon. It was an experience that I'll never forget.
Whether this Sunday is your first, or you're a seasoned marathon veteren, good luck! Enjoy the race and the atmosphere. #Showtime
