Dan Quinn admitted that it was HIS call to try to get more yards….with a running clock and no timeouts. It was a 41-yard FG. What if they fumbled the snap? What if there was ANOTHER pre-snap penalty? Quinn put his team in a position to fail, instead of winning the game.
