The reason I got so attached to Custas is because he reminds me of myself when I was little and struggling with being neurodivergent as well as having a developing personality disorder I couldn’t help but feel so indignant whenever I looked at my friends even my closest ones

I felt like life was unfair to me and I’d feel this wave of envy and frustration whenever I looked at others, it has led me to some emotional outbursts or breakdowns and I would immediately regret it I still have some notes from that time, baby darcel was always frustrated

Anyways it’s just really nice seeing Custas struggle with his issues and push for change! I’d say I did similarly by getting into psychology to hopefully be able to help others I just don’t want people to have to deal with those sort of struggles alone ESPECIALLY children
