To elaborate: maternal instinct is a cop out and something men invented to get out of their fair share of paternal care duties. we should all care for one another as human beings, not just relegate women to caring for everyone
The robot will clumsily accidentally start a fire while cooking bland slop meals. Sounds awesome.
I don't think people realize how revolutionary home robotics will be for modern life.
My wife and I talk about this constantly. We want to go on a walk with our daughter after work but one of us needs to cook dinner so we rotate.
We put the baby down for the evening but have a house to clean so one of us showers while the other cleans the house and the kitchen.
Someday this work will be done by a robot - the hours that we have lost over the years will come back to us because of companies like @weaverobotics
This dude paid $6k for nothing

Last service for my car was $6K to have all fluids replaced, a timing belt, and an AC part. Almost all labor fees.
I find that way more expensive than the hospital fees involved in delivering a human being into the world and caring for the mother for a couple of days.
This dude is writing fan fiction about a dude writing fan fiction.
This guy is writing fan fiction about a pretty woman to disguise his hatred of her as a political opinion when the truth is that his opinion of her stems from a deep understanding that he is repulsive not just to her, but to most women.
If he cared about politics he would do something to further his own cause, like volunteering or canvassing or promoting a certain candidate.
But this isn’t about an election, he does not disagree with this woman’s politics enough to write an essay about her specifically.
He just resents her beauty and her agency. He sees a woman like this and knows she has the ability to identify him as a pathetic black hole loser within three seconds of conversation.
He is not fit to raise children with.
She is a mirror that reflects his soul.
He fears her on an instinctual level.
All this shit just to never submit a PR is wild
I’m really enjoying my setup at work with @FrameworkPuter desktop and of course @OmarchyLinux
All this to never submit a PR
Managed to get omarchy running on my m2 macbook air! (well almost there, there is a long tail of x86_64 only apps to replace) @dhh
