A major flash flood has struck Nepal’s Rasuwa district.
The @NepalRedCross has activated Emergency Response Teams, mobilised volunteers and is deploying an emergency team with relief supplies.
@IFRC is monitoring the situation and stands ready to support the response.
Communities are urged to stay alert and follow official safety instructions.

For families in Afghanistan who lost homes, crops and food stocks to devastating floods, cash assistance gives them the freedom to meet their most urgent needs and begin rebuilding.
In Kunduz, 250 families are receiving this lifeline from the @ARCSAfghanistan, with support from the @IFRC and @BritishRedCross.
But the work goes beyond this response.
Through the SHAPE project, we're strengthening local capacity to respond to a reality Afghanistan knows all too well: climate shocks are becoming harder to predict, and communities need to be ready for what comes next.
