and I experienced a wave of emotions — in the best way!
I have been blessed to attend several "Leadership Journeys" by @bigpiclearning & hosted by @Carlos_Moreno06. They have ALL been amazing. But tonight. Tonight was different. At each turn of the podiums brought new tears, inspired hopes, humility & appreciation from the souls of @kncamak @MichelleSadrena @tonyminnieapple. Vulnerability is a courageous act. I attended an exhibition of learning & heard how the reflection of a 4th gr teacher who learned how to tell stories thru podcasts — she’s thinking about how her students can create a podcast for their school about belonging

an important take away from this morning is to change the narrative and experience around limited time & resources for learning — where (if) educator team learning is a priority, then the time for educator learning must be protected #DL #deeperlearning @hthgse @NYCOutwardBound
