My PhD student is looking at using citizen scientists in the zoo. For this he is looking at developing QBAs... and he needs some expert help! Unfortunately the budget is super tight so we need people who are close enough to day trips :) Please share!
ALT As part of a project utilising naive observers as citizen scientists in zoo animal behaviour observations, voluntary participants are needed for focus groups to develop qualitative behaviour analysis fixed term lists. These focus groups will focus on mammals, birds and reptile taxonomic groups and will all take place at Harper Adams University (Shropshire) between 12pm and 4pm on the 25th June for mammals; 26th June for birds and 9th July for reptiles. An additional one hour of your time will be required for online video scoring within a month of the first date. Fuel costs will be repaid at 20p per mile.
