Starting off this morning at the summit with a fascinating discussion with Skye Gyngell. “Everything begins with the soil. We are intrinsically connected to the land, and we must provide for it so it can continue to provide for us” #WeAreUU #RHS24 @heckfieldplace #CMFI

“Beauty and deliciousness”- A key approach to helping small farm holdings not only survive but thrive. Chefs have a huge responsibility to lead by example & shape consumer demand for local produce. Amazing chat w/Skye Gyngell @heckfieldplace @Spring_LDN #RegenerativeHospitality

Achieving a sense of place requires an understanding of the natural ecosystem, an appreciation of the cultural values & skills of people in it and a vision of integrating these together. Thanks to: @Food_NI @KingsFdn @myedinburghpark @KilleavyCastle #RegenerativeHospitality

What a warm welcome to @CasaRatiu, Turda from our @UlsterBizSchool #UUBSHTEM students. They had spent the morning at the local market and cooked up a beautiful 3-course meal tonight using ingredients sourced from the local market. #RegenerativeHospitality
