Out today! In the RAMUS study we tested the effects of tofacitinib on muscle in people with #rheumatoidarthritis
🦵After 6 months, thigh volume increased by 5%
🧬 Muscle genes changed after TOFA and showed opposite pattern to age-related sarcopenia
