Interesting pitch for Canadians to move to Florida “Canada doesn’t have a cost of living problem, it’s a cost of Government problem….stop feeding the machine”

Lutnick on CNBC's Squawk Box today "And I said to one of the ministers, are you actually trying to blow this up?" "And his answer to me was, I'm not allowed to say that. And they blew it up for political reasons only." "They did it for politics." Kernan "So GDP has been either flat or down... I think you've made the point that it might be more about his and his party's political interests than for the people of Canada for what's going on." Lutnick "You know, you pointed out all the time, they've got good people, they've got great resources... Why underperform?" " Ontario, with the great city of Toronto, would be last out of our 51st states.... They just don't perform per capita because they don't have the right tools, they don't have the right regulation, they don't have the right leadership." @howardlutnick @JoeSquawk

I’m a retired brain surgeon and I wanna tell you why you feel like life is passing by. I just need one minute to explain this to you so hang in there. Repetitive daily routines stop the brain from recording clear detailed memories. When every day looks the same, your brain does not track time the same as a clock does. It tracks change. If nothing new happens then days, months, and years start to blur together. This is know as Time compression. When life lacks variety, your brain compresses past days together, making it feel like time is sped up. To stop feeling like life is passing you by, add new experiences to your life. Break routine habits, like changing your daily home routine, taking a different route to work, or trying a new hobby. Schedule small trips or plan new adventures so your days do not blend together. Practice mindfulness by staying fully focused on what you are doing right now and not trying to race off to the next task. Keep a journal and write down happy memories or memorable parts of the day before you go to sleep. Take deep, calm breaths when you feel anxious or rushed to return your focus to the moment. You can and you will retrain your brain to not feel like life is passing you by by following these few simple measures.

Daily reminder that Canadian self-imposed interprovincial trade barriers cost the country $200 billion in lost economic output. Mark Carney promised to deliver interprovincial free trade by July 1, 2025.

🚨Bloomberg blew the lid off the Gordie Howe Bridge agreement on Friday. Carney hid the agreement from the 🇨🇦 media hoping it would go away, then a non-subsidized international corporate outlet broke the reality to a global audience. Carney Lied to you Canada.

“Carneys not a politician” 1. Held back necessary investments for entire cities to force floor crossings. 2. Bribing MP’s with senate seats in close byelections. Gotta hand it to him, the best politician I’ve seen in years, no morality except more power and what polls say.

Wow. Richard Martel won Chicoutimi/Le Fjord for the Conservatives in April 2025. He got 34.1% of the vote. The Liberals got 31%. The Bloc got 31%. His voters rejected Carney. He just accepted Carney’s cheque. At the same press conference: -Carney appointed his own principal secretary to the Senate -Removed the non partisan criterion for Senate appointments -Triggered a byelection in a swing riding CARNEY JUST BOUGHT A CONSERVATIVE MP WITH A LIFETIME SENATE APPOINTMENT AND TRIGGERED A BYELECTION HIS PARTY MIGHT WIN AS A BONUS. Richard, also known as Dick, was bought, while his constituents were sold out

Erling Haaland is taking the world by storm. He drinks raw milk and eats beef liver and heart. He doesn’t fear the sun. He gets sunlight in the morning and limits blue light at night. In this video, I’m reviewing his diet…

Mark Carney getting sprayed by unknown fluids at the Toronto Pride Parade is one of the most serious security failures in Canadian history. Any world leader being approached by randoms like that and sprayed with fluid is incredibly dangerous. The RCMP failed. You can guarantee that every personal protection detail in the world is studying that video to see exactly what NOT to do. You can see in the video that Carney was in shock. He stumbled and flailed his arms in a panic, not realizing what was happening or if he was in danger. I think going forward there will be changes to RCMP posture around him and event attendance rules. This isn't the kind of thing you can keep getting wrong.

Carlos Whittaker did a 7.5-week no-screen experiment and the results are wild. No phone. No TV. No laptop. No watch. Nothing. He even got his brain scanned before and after by a neuroscientist. The outcome? His cerebellum healed years worth of damage in just seven weeks. His cognitive memory score jumped from the 50th percentile to the 99th percentile of adult men in America. He said he felt like a completely different human, sharper, clearer, more alive. This one stopped me in my tracks. I’ve been feeling the scroll fatigue hard lately, and hearing someone actually measure the difference with real brain scans is next-level motivating. Our constant screen exposure might be doing more quiet damage to our brains than we realize. Sometimes the simplest reset (doing less) creates the biggest upgrade. Have you ever done a serious digital detox? Would you try one this extreme?

🚨 MAJOR BREAKING $15 BILLION, 1,000 jobs, 240,000 vehicles a year, INDEFINITELY SUSPENDED by Honda today. Why? Cause Carney opened Canada to Chinese EVs. RBC just said that all Canadian auto plants could be replaced by BYD and Geely by 2040. Carney says it’s about “tariff challenges.” But it’s not about tariffs. It was HIS strategy. He invited a competitor to dinner then wondering why the host left. $52 billion in EV commitments. And NOTHING to show for it. AND STILL NO DEAL WITH AMERICA.

Greater daylight exposure is associated with a reduced risk of mental disorders. Sunlight is the most underrated antidepressant.
The whole point of viewing morning sunlight is that it organizes your energy in time— which lets you organize what to do when across the day, and places you in the best possible stance to deal with any unanticipated demands on your energy. That’s why it’s the foundation.

Andrew Huberman revealed the absolute worst way to start your morning: Stay in bed scrolling on your phone with curtains closed. Stay reclined (your brain becomes less alert). Skip sunlight. Drink coffee too early. Multitask like crazy between texts, emails, and random tasks. Do this combo and you’re basically training your brain into scattered, low-energy mode before the day even begins. He explained that reclining + downward gaze + zero natural light + constant context-switching creates an attention-deficit-like state that drags on all day. The antidote? Get up fast, hydrate, get bright light in your eyes, and move your body early — ideally with some exercise while your natural cortisol is peaking. Small changes. Massive difference in focus and energy. What’s the worst morning habit you know you need to kill (scrolling in bed, zero sunlight, early coffee, etc.) — and what’s one tiny upgrade you’re actually willing to try?
