An evil man seeks only rebellion; Therefore a cruel messenger will be sent against him…Whoever rewards evil for good, Evil will not depart from his house. The beginning of strife is like releasing water; Therefore stop contention before a quarrel starts.”

Would you pray with us for recipient Bond B.? Bond is dealing with the loss of his wife, and his house has been damaged due to severe weather. Please join us in prayer that Bond’s house can be restored and that he can find comfort during a difficult time.
An evildoer gives heed to false lips; A liar listens eagerly to a spiteful tongue. He who mocks the poor reproaches his Maker; He who is glad at calamity will not go unpunished. Children’s children are the crown of old men, And the glory of children is their father.
Prov 17:4-6
The LORD has made all for Himself, Yes, even the wicked for the day of doom. Everyone proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD; Though they join forces, none will go unpunished. In mercy and truth Atonement is provided for iniquity…Prov 16:4-6

This is a good resource! Christians, go vote!
PASTOR FRIENDS: Heads up, your people WANT YOU to remind them to vote.
Just in our state (Texas) an estimated ~8M Christians will forget to vote in midterms and it will be decided by a projected ~300k votes.
So, we built a website to help solve this problem. Anyone in any state can text the word "VOTE" to the phone number 20411 and they'll get...
1) A text reminder when midterm voting begins
2) A link to this site we built that can tell them WHERE to vote in their county and WHAT to bring in their state. Works in all 50 states.
Pastors, you can put something like I scripted in the next tweet (for our church) in your announcements for a couple weeks leading up to midterms and leverage the site we built.

John and Pam V. served faithfully in Michigan for many years. John served through the Baptist State Convention of Michigan, NAMB and numerous disaster relief organizations. Today, he’s thankful for the support his family receives during his retirement years.

“The simple believes every word, But the prudent considers well his steps.”
Proverbs 14:15 NKJV bible.com/bible/114/pro.14.1…
And Moses said to the people, “Do not fear; for God has come to test you, and that His fear may be before you, so that you may not sin.” So the people stood afar off, but Moses drew near the thick darkness where God was.
Exodus 20:18-21 NKJV bible.com/bible/114/exo.20.1…
Now all the people witnessed the thunderings, the lightning flashes, the sound of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking; and when the people saw it, they trembled and stood afar off. Then they said to Moses, “You speak with us…but let not God speak with us, lest we die.”
