The report names six defendants: Damarcus Hughes, identified as Boogie LowDown or Boogie THEE LowDown; Tumika Lasha Birch, identified as Tumika LaSha; Sandra L. Butler, identified as Royalty; Isaiah Kelvin Harris, identified as theisaiahharris; Jennifer M. Sushka, identified as Nerdypinkpanda; and Trent Hall, identified as Trent Out Loud.
• Those are reported parties and aliases. A filing is not a judgment. The report does not by itself establish that a particular iamroyalty2u or nerdypinkpanda1 account is one of those defendants, and it does not establish Bart as a plaintiff in that suit.
• October 7, 6:28:36 PM: Facebook user Michel Joan asks beneath Jeanetta how damages would be paid if Bart and others sue. That question does not establish an existing suit or award. At 11:47:55 PM, Instagram user simbawoodworks repeats the remembrance wording beneath cbaaler, adding the dammitbart slogan.
• October 8, 12:13:09 AM: Instagram user simbawoodworks writes beneath nationalactionnetwork, “We want the truth and nothing but the truth!” with the dammitbart slogan. At 5:59:46 AM, mrtsherrod thanks Jeanetta for the truth and repeats the catchphrase many times within one comment. Repetitions inside one comment are not separate publications or separate proven offenses.
• October 9, 3:20:10 PM: Facebook user Jeff Thurman writes beneath Jeanetta, “Dammit Bart”. At 11:40:42 PM, Instagram user simbawoodworks calls Sea Tow the smoking gun beneath Jeanetta and describes alternatives as calculated distractions.
• October 10, 1:07:43 AM: The Jeanetta-channel Returning to the Sea Tow Call replay is published with a support link in its description. Around 42:01 and 43:48, its captions ask for support and expressly tell people not to worry if they cannot give. Around 2:23:28, captions discuss pushing the fundraiser to help the legal team. Around 4:43:24 onward, captions thank supporters and expressly describe the team as pro bono, then discuss filing and time costs. Closing PayPal and Venmo language continues beyond 4:44:38. These are passages and surfaces in one replay, with individual speakers not independently established for each captioned turn.
• October 10, 7:24:11 AM: Facebook user Arlene Vanessa Harrell asks beneath Jeanetta, “Has Bart been questioned, if not, why?” At 11:39:22 AM, Javon Brown asks beneath another Jeanetta post why the words he hears as “damn it bart” do not produce the amplitude or frequency activity he expected on the previous live. He points to 2:16:25. This is his technical question, not an established signal-analysis result.
• October 10, 11:52:59 AM: Facebook user Tonya Young writes beneath Jeanetta, “We know it to be true for one reason no one didn’t know nothing about a name Bart”. The public interview, published call captions and earlier dated comments contradict that name-origin premise. At 11:50:41 PM, Instagram user justbeing_gi writes beneath Jeanetta, “Dammit, Bart!”
• October 11, 11:03:21 AM: Instagram user maxalio222 alleges beneath Jeanetta that the “pull the plug” instruction is a voiceover created to explain Bart’s name. At 11:09:05 AM, whitpetersen writes, “Investigate Bart”. At 12:21:43 PM, hikethejourney asks, “Did WLOX remove Bart’s name or was it given to them by sea tow with his name redacted for the news outlet?”
• October 11, 1:58:34 PM: Instagram user reese_0718 says in berrybluetea’s branch beneath Jeanetta that Bart was mentioned before the call release and that “dammit BART” could mean many things. At 1:58:55 PM, the same account points the branch to Tatum’s earlier interview and Warren repeatedly naming Bart. At 2:08:28 PM, reese_0718 again disputes the timing argument, qualifying the dates as memory while saying the interview preceded the enhanced call. At 2:16:17 PM, the account asks, “What exactly did Bart say?”
• October 13, 3:28:26 AM: Instagram user winternights84 distinguishes the earlier pool-party photograph in Pass Christian from July 4 at Horn Island in berrybluetea’s branch. The account says Bart’s reported denial concerned Pass Christian, says Warren had already described towing, and rejects the phrase as proof of murder. The original Bart statement remains needed for direct comparison.
• October 13, 4:47:48 AM: Instagram user reese_0718 addresses winternights84 in the text, says it hears Warren rather than Nolan, invokes grand-jury material, and accepts the location distinction. The recorded conversation belongs to berrybluetea’s branch; the immediate parent is not established as winternights84.
• October 14, 1:13:14 PM: Jeanetta’s Facebook account says support is needed more than ever and that contributions, shares and support make a difference. At 1:18:04 PM, she repeats the caption on Instagram. At 1:18:09 PM, she repeats it on Threads. At 5:40:57 PM, Instagram user ctoney7 writes beneath Jeanetta, “DAMNIT BART! NOLAN WELLS WAS KILLED. NO JUSTICE NO PEACE”.
• October 14, 7:50:41 PM: Instagram user simbawoodworks calls the Sea Tow call the “baseline” beneath Jeanetta and says its facts “already told us everything.” At 7:55:17 PM, the TikTok copy on _datgurlnetta repeats the call for help, contributions and sharing. These crossposts document distribution of the support message; they do not establish separate amounts received.
• October 15, 11:14:33 AM: Instagram user memphissippi.collective posts the DamnItBart slogan beneath Ben Crump. At 11:18:11 AM, ____angelxo posts DAMMITBART there. At 11:28:50 AM, shun.tubbs writes, “Why they never talk about Bart? Just a thought. Can't get away from the Sea Tow call !!”
• October 15, 11:33:47 AM: Instagram user anymeansnec posts damnitbart beneath Ben Crump. At 11:39:08 AM, shortyred20 posts DammitBart. At 1:01:15 PM, anymeansnec repeats damnitbart beneath a separate Crump post. At 1:16:49 PM, simbawoodworks calls there for “real justice for Nolan Wells,” adding dammitbart. The short slogan comments are included to document repetition and spread, rather than treating every one as a separate factual accusation.
• October 17, 3:52:56 AM: A retained screenshot observation records a Cash App support ticker and a pinned GiveSendGo link on the Returning to the Sea Tow Call replay. This is the capture’s save time, not a newly established publication time for either item. At 12:51:49 PM, Instagram user rock_uncut challenges the absence claim beneath Trent Out Loud, noting Bart was mentioned in the first interview.
• October 17, 10:28 PM: The retained Linktree observation places the family-support GiveSendGo link first, with Jeanetta’s Instagram profile pointing to that Linktree. That observation does not establish the earlier historical bio destination.
• October 18, 3:01:17 AM: Instagram user pes0ques0official demands beneath Trent Out Loud that “Ed Aka Bart” come forward with his lawyer and without his mother speaking for him. The account’s identification of those names is unverified. At 4:51:45 AM, Instagram user souflotv writes “BART” beneath that Trent post.
• The exact expertise wording in the originating caption is “professional audio engineer.” Texas Occupations Code Section 1001.301(b) restricts specified professional, business and commercial uses of engineer titles; subsection (c) addresses representations implying authority to practice, and subsection (d) addresses compensation for regulated engineering. Subsections (f) and (g), together with 22 Texas Administrative Code Section 137.3 and other statutory provisions, require examination of applicable permitted uses and exceptions.
• Mississippi Code Section 73-13-39, second paragraph (a)–(c), addresses specified title, authorization and compensation conduct. Section 73-13-49(1)(g), effective July 1, 2026, exempts qualifying litigation or anticipated-litigation analysis, while preserving requirements for underlying nonforensic engineering. Express Oil Change, LLC v. Mississippi Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors, 916 F.3d 483, 489–490 (5th Cir. 2019), rejected the board’s application of the law to Tire Engineers. Context and constitutional protections matter. This record establishes neither a licensing violation nor the accuracy of the audio interpretation.
• A creator’s own accusation, another person’s repost and comments hosted beneath a post present different publication questions. Section 230 can protect providers and individual users for another person’s content. Independently created accusations require their own analysis.
• A statement that an identifiable person killed someone or covered it up can imply provable facts. “I think” and “allegedly” do not automatically resolve that issue. A question, justice slogan or insult still requires its own context, falsity, fault and applicable defenses to be assessed.
• Chronology establishes when a retained allegation appeared and when similar language appeared elsewhere. An explicit credit, quotation or verified reply can establish a particular connection. Similar wording alone does not prove that every account watched the same video, received instructions, agreed to a conspiracy or caused a later threat.
• Where constitutional actual malice applies, the question concerns knowing falsity or subjective serious doubt. Hostility, monetization, ignored denials and later corrections can supply context, but none automatically completes that proof. The relevant person’s status and applicable fault standard also require assessment.
• Threats, stalking, extortion and fraud each have additional elements. The actual communication, target, intent, context, course of conduct and material money-related representations matter. A donation request alone does not establish fraud. Sharing a phrase does not establish an agreement to commit a crime.
• The Garrett phone-data reconstruction does not turn the Sea Tow interpretation into a verified killing account. Its Sea Tow entry is labeled as an outside report and expressly says the call was not made from Nolan’s phone. It attributes a later bilge message to Morgan Seymour. Those labels do not identify the caller, locate Morgan, or place Nolan on Bart’s boat.
• The July 5 chat asks whose boat Nolan intended to board and records that people did not know. That is an unresolved return-ride question. The separate panic account needs its sender and source traced before it can be treated as firsthand observation.
• One chat says a home location made someone think Nolan was home. Other exchanges ask who had the phone or login. Those records describe uncertainty about a device and account; they do not establish which person generated particular activity or where that person was.
• The reconstruction uses CDT and says it did not independently verify the device clock. Its ordering can place received messages at read time while using creation or send time for sent records. A row’s position alone does not establish when a message was composed or where a person was.
• A July 5 page includes a relay into another group chat. The same account repeated across chats is not automatically independent corroboration. The original speaker and source of knowledge still matter.
• These points concern the retained report reproduction and its stated limitations. They do not make a complete native Snapchat extraction available or prove an all-purpose alibi. They do prevent phone activity, an outside Sea Tow entry and repeated chat accounts from being treated as interchangeable proof of Bart’s physical presence or responsibility.
• Original Tatum YouTube comments also contain Bart claims, but some lack a verifiable posting date. They belong in the record without being assigned invented July timestamps.
• Posting date unverified: Under Tatum’s original Part 5, YouTube user TheMayne-z7l speculates, “Bart & katie went out on a date probably.” The relative date does not establish an early-July posting.
• Posting date unverified: Under Tatum’s original Part 1, YouTube user Thaofficialsensei writes, “The Buddy hes referring to is Bart,” and accuses Tatum of deliberately avoiding the name.
• Posting date unverified: Under Tatum’s original Part 1, YouTube user freshsolo1326 cites 8:38 and speculates that Bart might have accidentally hit Nolan with a boat.
• Posting date unverified: Under Tatum’s original Part 1, YouTube user Slatty223 asks why Bart was on a sinking boat if he brought his own, then writes, “Dammit Bart !” The retained relative date cannot place that comment before Jeanetta’s reel.
• Posting date unverified: Under Tatum’s August 11 upload, YouTube user N01-w1x names “Bart, Wyatt, Eric, and Katie” as people still to be interviewed.
• Posting date unverified: Under Tatum’s August 11 upload, YouTube user ShawnSimien-x6r writes, “Y'all have to remember those boys said on the recording Dam it Bart let that sink in”.
• Posting date unverified: Under Tatum’s August 11 upload, YouTube user capnwhistles6620 asks, “Where’s Bart???”
• Posting date unverified: On Tatum’s original channel, YouTube user BrandonC-xy2zw asks, “where is wyatt and bart”. The retained label says “2 months ago”. That cannot establish which side of either July cutoff the comment belongs on.
• The dated distinction remains: a written “BART did it” accusation is verified beneath Boogie’s repost before Jeanetta’s processed-call reel. The earliest precisely dated “dammit Bart” repeat currently verified in this trace follows her reel. The undated YouTube comments do not establish an earlier occurrence of that exact reading.

Welcome again to Backtrack City.
The happy place where big-mouthed "content creators" who attack completely innocent people for clicks and profits backtrack bigly after we sue said "creators" for defamation in Mississippi.
You know, the State with the judges and jurors who will decide the lawsuits, after the "creators" have been relentlessly bashing and smearing their State and its fine people for months on end.
I hope you enjoyed Greatest Hits, Episode 1, in which Sandra Butler a/k/a Royalty, backtracked major league with this whopper: "I have never claimed to know who is responsible for Nolan's death."
Today, let's move on to Greatest Hits, Episode 2, in which Trent Hall a/k/a Trent Out Loud, backtracks in style with a new video asking to "sit down" with Me and Tyler as attorneys for Warren, Jax, and Morgan.
Trent should first explain to his Low IQ audience how he proposes to overcome the incontrovertible fact that 24 witnesses told authorities and grand jurors they observed Warren, Jax, and Morgan depart Horn Island while Nolan, who voluntarily remained on the Island, was very much alive and well.
Backtrack City.
According to @AttorneyCrump audience “time to get their asses and light they cribs up”

Benjamin Warren Hudson, Jr., Eli Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour, by their next friends and fathers (Plaintiffs) v. Terrell Eldorado Owens (Defendant), Case # 126cv292 LG-RPM, United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Southern Division.
As the PACER File Stamp at the top of the page proves, this lawsuit, just like the suit against Trent Out Loud, is indeed REAL, and anyone who tells you otherwise is either delusional or a liar, or both.
Mr. Owens now has the same two options as Trent: (1) accept service and save everyone the wasteful costs associated with chasing; or (2) evade service, inevitably get served anyway, and then pay all of our unnecessary substantial costs incurred in chasing.
