don’t ever be self conscious about how much you promote something you worked hard on

Finish a track, love it, sit on it, tweak it, totally change it, start to hate it, shelve it, forget it, find it, love it, rejig it, remix it, test it, love it, mix it, tweak it, mix it, tweak it, tweak it, master it, change the kick, tweak it, doubt it all, release it.

There’s way too much good music out there to play the same shit over and over.
Dating a producer means listening to their WIPs multiple times a day — in the car, through their headphones, on their computer, on their phone…

Constantly fighting the urge at shows to tell the person next to you “I’ll be up there one day”.
I don’t think as a producer you should be actively seeking out edits with how saturated the scene is right now but if you think of a great idea, there’s no reason not to pursue it. Good music is good music.
Hot wings sample is next for sure. #Producer #housemusic #ElectricForest #dj #sampling
