🚨 SHE DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. AND SHE'S DEAD. Melissa Pelc-Lohr, 50, moved from Michigan to Moira, New York, to get away from her ex-husband. On Oct. 27, State Police found her shot dead in her home. Her death was ruled a homicide. Her ex, Norman Lohr Jr., 50, fled. After a 200-mile chase, troopers found him in Lyons, NY — dead from a self-inflicted gunshot. Then her daughter Allison spoke out. Allison says Lohr sexually assaulted her in 2023. She and her mom reported it to the sheriff. She says she found a "shrine" he kept of her underwear and personal items in a closet and that her mom moved away after discovering it. She got protection orders. She says he violated them at least 3 TIMES. Nothing happened. "I tried to protect myself using the legal system and look what happened. My mom is gone." Here's the part that should make you furious: The Michigan court hearing on his violations was scheduled for Oct. 28. ONE DAY after he killed her. How many times does a man get to violate a protection order before somebody takes him off the street?

"hi mom remember the time you told me I shouldn't go to BLM protests bc they could get violent...this you?" Meet MAGAt Therese Duke, a former Massachusetts home health nurse who traded her patient care duties for a front-row seat to the chaos in Washington, D.C., surrounding the January 6 Capitol riot andw as outed by her own daughter. On the night of January 5, 2021, Duke was caught on a viral video participating in a violent physical altercation near Freedom Plaza. The footage showed Duke and a group of pro-Trump demonstrators harassing a Black female security guard, Ashanti Smith. The confrontation escalated dramatically when Duke attempted to grab Smith’s phone, prompting Smith to punch Duke squarely in the face. Duke’s sister, Anne Lorenz, immediately retaliated by striking the guard, turning the sidewalk into a chaotic melee. The public exposure was immediate and devastating, though it didn't come from federal investigators. It came from her own 18-year-old daughter, Helena Duke. Spotting her mother bleeding on the viral Twitter footage, Helena publicly "outed" her family on social media with a blunt, "this you?", later explaining, "I was forced to watch them go to these marches... and I just couldn't stand by anymore." While Duke was bleeding from the face on camera, her legal fallout differed from the hundreds charged with entering the Capitol building. Local D.C. police initially processed the street brawl, charging the security guard with simple assault and Duke's sister with assaulting a law enforcement officer. Because Duke was outside the Capitol perimeter during the main January 6 breach and was not charged with entering the restricted grounds, she did not face the federal insurrection or obstruction charges that would later yield high-profile convictions or subsequent presidential pardons. However, the professional consequences were swift and final. Within days of the footage going viral, UMass Memorial Health Care fired Duke from her nursing position of 15 years, stating they "highly condemn" the actions of anyone involved in the D.C. violence. Today, Duke remains permanently detached from her former healthcare career and publicly estranged from her daughter, serving as an early, vivid example of how the events of that week fractured families across the nation. Helena Duke’s decision to publicly expose her mother was the explosive culmination of years of domestic friction and rapid ideological radicalization within her household. The breaking point arrived when Helena recognized her mother in viral footage harassing a Black female security guard—a jarring display of hypocrisy for an 18-year-old who had previously been kicked out of her home for supporting the Black Lives Matter movement. Sharing the footage, Helena famously added the scathing caption: “Hi mom remember the time you told me I shouldn't go to BLM protests bc they could get violent… this you?” Alienated by what she described as years of personal manipulation, and refusing to let family loyalty shield blatant aggression, Helena utilized the viral moment to demand real-world accountability, effectively prioritizing societal justice over a fractured maternal bond.

All five of the candidates Joe Manchin endorsed in the 2026 midterms lost: Susan Collins, Seth Bodnar, Brian Fitzpatrick, Kevin Kiley, and Michael Bridgford, along with Mike Rogers, who Manchin backed without formally endorsing.
This democracy of ours is of the people, by the people and for the people. If you go to Washington and you don’t do your job, the people that sent you there will send you right back home. Americans spoke up loud and clear that they want a new direction in Washington and new leadership to take us there. Now, it’s time for Congress to come together to bring costs down, bring civility back to the forefront, and improve Americans’ lives.

She was homeless, living in her car with her two babies, and she had a job interview. She had nobody to leave them with. Shanesha Taylor went in for the interview. They arrested her for felony child abuse. Scottsdale, Arizona. March 2014. Shanesha Taylor was thirty-five, homeless, and living out of her car with her children — a two-year-old and a six-month-old. She had an interview for a job. It was a real interview, for real work, which is the thing that was supposed to get her out of the car. She had no childcare. The arrangement she had counted on had fallen through that morning. She left the children in the car, cracked the windows, and went in. The interview lasted around forty-five minutes. Somebody heard the baby crying and called the police. She was arrested and charged with two counts of felony child abuse. Her children were placed in state custody. There is a photograph of her from that day — the police mugshot, taken while she was crying — and it went around the world, because it is one of the most desolate photographs of an American arrest anybody has seen. The reaction was not what the police expected. People raised more than a hundred thousand dollars for her. The case ground on. Eventually a deal was reached requiring her to set up trust funds for the children from the donated money, and after a dispute over compliance, the felony charges were ultimately dismissed in 2015. She got her children back. Now — we are not going to tell you leaving a baby in a car is fine. It is dangerous and she knew it was dangerous. That is the point. She knew. You can see in the photograph that she knew. She did it because the alternative was not going to the interview, and not going to the interview was staying in the car forever. The state of Arizona looked at a homeless mother who had attempted to get a job and decided that the correct intervention was to take her children and charge her with a felony. Not childcare. Not housing. A felony.

🚨 Police report vs. video evidence. Driver Craig Manning asked for a supervisor. Instead, he got fists to the face. The charges were dropped, but the video remains. Accountability shouldn't depend on whether a camera was rolling. This is why they hate cameras.

WOMAN SCREAMS AND FALSELY ACCUSES A BLACK MAN OF RAPE A Boost Mobile employee repeatedly tells a man filming to leave, gets close to him, then shouts “Rape!” “That’s not gonna work, I’m recording your dumbass,” he responds. She later approaches again, putting her face right up to the camera while ordering him out. He responds, “Your breath stinks.” Imagine being falsely accused of rape without a camera recording the truth.
