Think of your ongoing growth as putting together a giant jigsaw puzzle. You know what the big picture looks like. It has to come together with each piece. That piece is one improvement opportunity. Sometimes you pick up the piece and try to figure out where to put it. Other times, you need a specifically shaped piece and look until you find it. Hopefully, it fits. If not, you see and try another. Work on three pieces daily, and you’ll eventually complete your success "puzzle." That's over 1,095 improvements in a year. Imagine what you can accomplish doing that.
