Massie didn’t impeach Hegseth. He impeached his own relevance. He lost his primary. Hegseth backed the guy who beat him. Now he’s a lame-duck forcing a privileged vote — without telling his own leadership — two months before a midterm, against the cabinet officer executing the President’s orders.
