$DBG.V Model (attached) Base Case PT: C$3.33 Weighted Average PT: C$4.64 Model: - Pulled data from their most recent NI 43-101 - Added own assumptions for metals prices - To get to PT I first calculated NPV then discounted back to present using different assumptions on the # of years until construction starts for mine - Base case discount rate 15% - Bull case metal price assumptions could be considered aggressive but for a mine starting in ~6+ years and a 25 year maybe 50 year mine life I am willing to make the forecast that these may be accurate metal prices as I am bullish long term on Gold & Copper. - 275m fully diluted share assumption (230m s/o + 30m outstanding options + warrants + my own assumption of further dilution ~15m shares to fund further drilling & corporate SG&A until they get acquired) For context I got interested in $DBG.V thanks to @James56487175 and his work. I think the fair value of the deposit gets interesting when you consider the possibillity that this resource has been defined with only 97 diamond drill holes totaling 49,548 meters of core. There is a strong case to be made where additional drilling increases the scale of this deposit even further. I will again point to @James56487175 for his work done on $DBG.V for reference. Why is current price so far away from my model? - liquidity discount of a listing on the TSX Venture exchange - impatience of holding a deposit years away from development - not much analyst coverage (only one I know is FRC and they are paid by DBG) Disc NFA: I am long.
