The #LoanCharge is a stitch-up, a cover-up, and the heist of the century, all rolled into one. David Solomon Halpern,Philip A. Gilbert and Jim Harra = murderers

It is criminal. They have put together a "narrative" of the same caliber as that underpinning the #PostOfficeScandal before it all came crashing down. The level of lies, manipulation, and effort to cover-up misfeasance are identical.

"We do need to make a fist of restricting the scope of any review". @andrealeadsom Do you believe the Morse review of #LoanCharge was truly independent? It certainly doesn't sound like it. No surprise HMRC are fighting tooth & nail to stop the original draft being released.
"We do need to make a fist of restricting the scope of any review" MP's who believe #LoanCharge Review was independent and final word should consider facts revealed by deluge of #FOI's. xitter.cf/FairMinistry/status/16…

Fujitsu staff had ‘unrestricted and unauditable’ remote access to Post Office branch systems? Good grief. So somebody was lying in the High Court? I ask again, why is Paula Vennells still in Holy Orders with a CBE? #PostOfficeScandal @duncancbaker asked in the House yesterday:

Thanks to Shadow #Treasury Minister @jamesmurray_ldn for raising the #LoanChargeScandal & the disgraceful way the Government & #HMRC have failed to take any meaningful action against promoters whilst individuals mis-sold their schemes are ruthlessly pursued with 10 known suicides

We wrote to @JimHarraHMRC about this & asked him 5 key questions. loanchargeappg.co.uk/wp-cont… He failed to answer ALL of them in his evasive reply. The reality @jamesmurray_ldn (it seems by design) is that individuals are facing ruin & bankruptcy & promoters have got off scot free

Everyone has known about the Sunak's dodgy dealings for aeons. So why now? Regime change. That's why now. Sunak the Placeholder maybe getting a wee bit too comfy in Downing Street & you know them Tories how they eat their weak. thetimes.co.uk/article/start…

It is too late. Sunak basically saying he wasn't worried about excluded freelancers as they probably don't vote Tory. We are the base middle class Tory voters. The strivers. Short term gain via IR35, retro taxation via Loan Charge, we are all moving our vote.
And we wonder how Conservatives have crashed to -17% in the polls when even after Partygate we were 2-4% behind in the polls. We have alienated our base. Rishi needs to take direct responsibility.

You can a once-in-a-generation chance to break free, and opted for continuing the cuck lifestyle instead...so quit whining?
We are effectively in a unionist prison with fewer civil rights than England. England was able to vote for Brexit & it happened; we are *not even allowed to choose our future*. Second class subjects in a 3rd rate broken Brexit Britain.

Sorry not sorry @JimHarraHMRC. If you don’t wanna do the time, don’t do the crime. Wouldn’t have happened if you’d had some honesty in those corrupt public sector bones of yours.

I'm guessing @JimHarraHMRC is having his weekend disrupted by having to read emails about the #LoanChargeDebacle - again. That pesky FTT into Morse review draft looks like it could go ahead after all. Hopefully nothing too embarrassing in there Jim, eh? #LoanCharge

Ridiculous. Anachronistic. Laughable. And you lot pay for this shit...
I mean, He looked absolutely fucking ludicrous. Like…laughable. A moaning billionaire dressing up & the entire establishment pulling its plum as it weeps pathetically. Don’t ‘respect’ this shit, treat it with the contempt it is asking for… #Coronation 🐂💩 #notmyking

Because there is no investigative journalism in the #UK. Between writing on safe and inconsequential topics, and risking getting on the wrong side of HMRC, which option do you think your "journalists" prefer?

My expectation is that I'll be successful at this stage. If that is appealed by HMT, that's when proper legal counsel will be needed because that will show they have something they really really want to hide

5/5 HMT now using a claimed and uncorroborated (& hidden) change in contractual IT provision to say it now means they were able to search at lower cost than the point when ICO decision was made. 🤨 If that is allowed, the whole FOI regime is worthless. @LCAG_2019 @loanchargeAPPG

3/5 As and when that happens, I can make public some of the ridiculous attempts and arguments made by HMT for what was a very simple FOI request. Summary with dates: 1. FOI made Dec 2020
