What you don't know about minerals could kill you.
Jason Hommel author of Copper Revolution: Healing with Minerals is a force of nature.
Nothing can challenge his ability to INTUITIVELY sense the MASSIVE NEED FOR MINERALS in the population.
You absolutely do not want to miss the revolutionary nature of what is happening in the health scene BECAUSE OF THE BOLD REINTRODUCTION of minerals that have been eviscerated from our food supply.
In my interview with him we discuss catalysts for increasing doses of minerals beyond the atrociously low mineral RDA's set by health authorities around the world.
Its equally important to understand what RDA's have been set too high or are simply being overdosed in multi vitamin supplementation.
Jason also started a rapidly growing forum on Facebook with nearly 50K members.
I highly suggest you follow @JasonHommel5 and welcome him here on X! Or go check him out on YouTube or Facebook.

eight men took 10mg of a mineral for one week.
their estrogen dropped 39%. free testosterone went up 28%.
boron. it's in prunes, raisins, almonds and avocados, and almost nobody tracks it.
it works by lowering SHBG — the protein that binds testosterone and locks it out of your cells. about 60% of your testosterone is bound up and unusable at any given moment. boron loosens that grip.
so total testosterone barely moved. the free, usable fraction jumped.
inflammation fell at the same time:
→ CRP down 45%
→ IL-6 down 44%
→ TNF-α down 19%
one week. 10mg a day.
(Naghii et al., 2011, Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology)
honest part: eight men, no control group, seven days. that's a pilot, not proof.
but it's a trace mineral that costs nothing, has a wide safety margin, and nobody is measuring their intake of it.

The benefits of LITHIUM for mental / cognitive health are amazing.
◇ Mood stabilizing
◇ Inhibits plaque accumulation (Alzheimer’s/amyloid)
◇ Reduces brain inflammation
◇ Increases sugar (glycogen) stores in neurons & astrocytes
◇ Enhances mitochondrial function & biogenesis
◇ Boosts BDNF (brain cell growth)
◇ Protects against excitotoxicity (glutamate overactivation)
◇ Stabilizes circadian rhythms
◇ Improves gray matter density
◇ Increases telomere length / slows shortening in brain cells
◇ Enhances synaptic plasticity
◇ Improves resilience to stress
◇ Reduces risk of suicide (strongest evidence in psychiatry)
◇ Lowers risk of dementia
◇ Enhances autophagy
◇ Improves bipolar
Psych docs normally hand it out in huge amounts, but 1-10 mg of lithium orotate can be used by pretty much anybody.
It's also abundant in certain areas in mineral rich water.

We’ve spent decades treating lithium as a heavy duty psychiatric tool. New evidence suggests it’s actually a foundational brain nutrient and that Alzheimer’s may essentially be a localized lithium deficiency.
By using the Orotate salt, we can bypass plaque-induced transport blocks and restore brain levels with 1mg.
I’ve been supplementing low dose (1mg/day) lithium for years. More evidence now suggests it was the right decision.
Here’s why lithium is potentially beneficial and how we arrived at this decision years ago.
The study unequivocally demonstrated lithium deficiency in the brains of patients with cognitive impairment, providing mechanistic evidence of its role as a driver of disease onset and progression.
It validated our choice of Lithium Orotate as the optimal form of lithium supplementation for preventing and slowing the progression of dementia.
Lithium has long been a foundational ingredient in my protocol, utilized in a low-nutritional dose. This was based on our comprehensive analysis of various population studies supporting its safety and potential benefits for brain health and mental well-being.
Establishing a direct mechanistic link: beyond its known effects on mood and well-being, the study forged a direct and mechanistic and progressive connection between lithium brain deficiency and cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer's disease.
Optimal form of lithium: the study revealed that lithium orotate, the specific form of lithium salt I have been using for years, is superior in avoiding blockage by existing plaque, thereby achieving the highest bioavailability, greatest plaque reduction, and cognitive restoration in previously lithium-deficient mice with pre-existing cognitive impairment.

Lowering estrogen is easy, add some bee pollen to your diet and you likely will see a solid decrease in estrogen levels while also blocking estrogen activity.
Add 2 tablespoons a day to yoghurt, ice cream or smoothies.
