#DOMINO registry on MINOCA presented by @DoryMD #ESCCongress with senior author @anagalmeida1 ➡️ prospective, international registry of 365 MINOCA patients across 17 centres in 13 countries (2023–2025), designed to measure how often @escardio guideline-recommended advanced testing (CMR, intracoronary imaging, invasive functional assessment) is actually used in real-world practice, and whether it’s linked to reaching a specific etiologic diagnosis.
