I'm just a freelance writer and editor with the type of career that @LorenaSGonzalez and her friends have been trying to destroy, but for what it's worth, I have a few thoughts on this job listing that she posted: * If you're going to phrase something as a question, then the sentence should have a question mark at the end. Periods are for declarative sentences, as in: "Stop freelance busting." * It's "our," not "or." Spellcheck is your friend if you don't know the difference. * The words "skills" and "good" are both used twice in one sentence. Repetition is weak writing, and weak writing means weak thinking. * Needs a hyphen in "good-paying." Although research shows that many freelancers earn as much as, or more than, people in traditional jobs. * Doesn't need the comma before "union job." In fact, consider deleting "union" too, given that Gallup found 80% of non-union employees either don't want to join a union or are at best neutral on the subject. * There is no need for any exclamation points, let alone three of them. It's a job listing, not an orgasm.
