I received 2 emails, from actors over the weekend, both struggling to deal with rejection from auditions that they cared A LOT about.
I think social media amplifies the pain of rejection at times - as we don’t talk about it… so let’s talk!

Some creatives have said that emailing auditionees 'no' would be inefficient due to the scale of people they'd need to contact.
As an option, would a view-only Google Sheet like this provide closure for actors to find out if the role's been cast?
