Last night Katlyn and I became Catholics. This was one of the best moments of my life. We have been apart of OCIA for over 10 months and all of our hard work led up to this moment. We are children of God and we are now apart of his Church. I am now finally baptized. Jesus Christ sent down and filled me with the Holy Spirit. I have never felt anything like it. I accept Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. Being able to receive his Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity as he commanded with the Last Supper, was an honor for someone so lowly as myself. All praise be to the Lord my God and my shepherd. I was dead but now I am alive and reborn in Christ. Lord you are the light in my darkness. He is Risen! “Brothers and sisters: Are you unaware that we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were indeed buried with him through baptism into death, so that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might live in newness of life. For if we have grown into union with him through a death like his, we shall also be united with him in the resurrection. We know that our old self was crucified with him, so that our sinful body might be done away with, that we might no longer be in slavery to sin. For a dead person has been absolved from sin. If, then, we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him. We know that Christ, raised from the dead, dies no more; death no longer has power over him. As to his death, he died to sin once and for all; as to his life, he lives for God. Consequently, you too must think of yourselves as being dead to sin and living for God in Christ Jesus.” Romans 6:3-11 🇻🇦❤️✝️

I’ve been hitting doors in Wausau before my Super Chase. Stopped at a house with a Marian statue that wasn’t on my list. A boomer Democrat lady answered and said she was voting straight Democrat in November. Seeing as she’s a “practicing Catholic” I asked her questions on abortion. She said the usual that “it’s the mother’s body” and even more disheartening that “the soul doesn’t enter the baby until after it’s born”. I corrected her on both and explained what the Church says, because neither of her statements are Catholic beliefs, and she was patient with me but ultimately unconvinced. There’s a grave problem with Catholics, like this lady, who entirely misrepresent the faith while posturing as a “practicing Catholic. Nefarious forces then spin a verifiably false narrative to the public that “You can be Catholic and pro-choice” because of anecdotes like this. If you run into Pro-Choice Catholics please correct them for their own good and the good of the Church.

God forgive this pastor. So many of these people are so busy not being Catholic that they stop being Christian. In the end, if we Catholics are wrong about Mary, then what he did means very little. If we are even partially right, this man is in danger of hell. Whatever else you think Mary is, she is Jesus Mother. Her “yes” gave us The Son of God. She held God in her womb. She fed God from her breasts. She pondered His Word in her heart. She stood at the cross. She is The Mother of God.
"We got a Mary, for all the Catholics." At Steadfast Baptist Church, pastor Jonathan Shelley leads the kids into 'bible drills,' with the winner rewarded with smashing statues of Mary and various angelic figures.

POPE LATEST: • The lower lobe of the right lung was removed using a video-assisted technique. The intraoperative histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of a lung adenocarcinoma, as suspected from pre-operative tests. • The Holy Father was in the operating room for approximately 3 hours; the duration of the surgery was about 90 minutes. • The operation was successful, and there were no complications. After the surgery, the Pope awoke normally and, following a brief period of observation, returned to his room on the 10th floor.

Dear friends, during some recent medical examinations, the doctors found a small, localized nodule in my lung. It was detected at a very early stage and is well-localized. The doctors believe that it is best to intervene, so, following their advice, I have decided to undergo surgery to remove it. The operation is already scheduled to take place in the coming days. I thank you for your spiritual closeness and entrust myself to your prayers.

Friends, whatever is true, good, beautiful, lovely, and gracious—whether it be an elegantly formulated mathematical equation, the heroic apostolic work of Mother Teresa’s sisters, an innocent child at play, or even a crisply executed fast break or well-written TV show—stay with those things, cultivate those things, learn to love those things. Because the good, the true, and the beautiful will lead you to God.

Friendly reminder, if you are Catholic you cannot support the following: - Abortion in any capacity - Euthanasia/medically assisted suicide - Contraception - Homosexual marriage - Transgender lifestyle - Pornography - Schismatics(SSPX, Sedevacantist, etc) - Eucharist being symbolic, not literal These are some of the most controversial issues in our secular society today. However, the Church has been crystal clear what her stance is on each issue. When in doubt consult the Catechism of the Catholic Church and your local Catholic Priest.

Demons are in a perpetual state of misery. Why? Because they hate God’s will, yet they know that in one way or another it is always done. They are eternal losers, yet they keep choosing to lose.

Habitual Mortal Sin and daily rosary cannot coexist. Either you will be set free from the sin or you will not persist in the daily rosary. Don't put off confession, receive Holy Communion often, and pray the rosary daily. Persist in this, and sin will lose its hold on you.

The most important message of the 20th century didn't come from MLK, Einstein, JFK, Gandhi, or any pope. It came from a simple Polish nun, who heard it from Jesus. "Today I am sending you with my mercy to the people of the whole world. I do not want to punish aching mankind, but I desire to heal it, pressing it to my Merciful Heart."
