It's my birthday on Tuesday. It has a 0 at the end. I feel privileged to be reaching it after a decade of struggling really bad with my mental health. My mental health struggles aren't past tense but things are better than they have been. For anyone struggling, keep going.

I'm back home for a night before going to Dublin in the early am for work. Then off to a gig tomorrow night and have Thursday and Friday off. More reading and writing to be done!
We can complain about politicians when they're elected but real change comes from casting your vote for someone different. We need change so badly. At least give someone different a chance to prove themselves before saying there's no point as they're all the same.

Few days in Sligo to rest and recharge. Onto Dublin on Wednesday for a gig in the Olympia. Back to Donegal Thursday.
Off work for a few days and spending it in Sligo. Have a few books and my trusty notebook with me. Looking forward to some rest and relaxation.

FedEx last night deleted evidence of munitions it illegally shipped to Israel through Irish territory.
It deleted the evidence from its online tracking system after The Ditch reported that FedEx still uses Irish airspace to transport munitions to Israel.

This is just sickening. Israel had put a target on the back of Al Jazeera's remaining reporters bringing us the truth from northern Gaza, claiming they work in the propaganda wing of militant groups.
Western media, stand up and support your colleagues.

Last night of u12 and u14s girls football training for this season. Great first season in the league in which the u12s won a cup. Great group to work with.
