This is BIG NEWS. The Supreme Court of Colorado ruled that the US Constitution means exactly what it says: any person who has taken an oath an and officer of the US and who aids or gives support to an insurrection is barred from holding federal office. Done deal.
Trump is off the GOP primary ballot in Colorado - unless the US Supreme Court reverses before January 4. Let’s hope judges across the Nation learn to read the 14th Amendment with clarity and common sense. We might just save democracy yet!
