Unfortunately this beautiful episode was just a victim of being ahead of its time

It's official. Our lightning wielder and wingleader are ready to fly. Esther McGregor is our Violet and Emilio Sakraya is our Xaden.

HALLOWEEN was released eight years ago today.
The sequel ignores every previous installment except John Carpenter’s original, allowing Jamie Lee Curtis’s Laurie Strode to confront Michael Myers 40 years later without the franchise’s tangled continuity.
