On the 18:10 out of Euston towards Birmingham New Street. Just had the ticket inspector gentleman come round. A few people in the carriage had the wrong ticket for various reasons but he was the most polite, professional and courteous person I've met in ages. #avantiwestcoast

Well it looks like #TSB are not accepting phone calls any more. Message says they are very busy with waits over 30 mins and to call again later and then cuts off.. super smashing great! Looks like it's chewing gum n my last baked bean for dinner tonight for the family again – at Birmingham, England
