Summer is here & it is hot and humid, make sure to stay hydrated. Drink at least 2 bottles of water per 9 holes to avoid dehydration.

Golf tip: Bent forward from hips + arms hanging + knees unlocked + weight on balls of feet = proper posture for full swing
