A day is only 'lost' when you think of it like that. Every moment is a miracle and every feeling can be a gift if you are open to fully receive it. Don't waste today on judgment. Use it for the greater good.
The people who judge you are not the ones you should listen to. Some things are difficult but simple.
Life can be hard, emotional, sad and lonely. You don't need a ripped guy or woman with a big expensive watch to tell you you should work harder or be harder. You need more love and less judgment. To feel who you really are and what you need for your growth and healing.
Never let anybody shame you. Even if you're not sure yourself. Clarity comes from gentleness and unconditional selflove, even for the 'bad' parts of you. You will feel, you will learn, you will find you innocence.
It's not about the accomplishments. It's about how you get there. And what person you become in the process.

When you are angry you are likely to lose your goal out of sight. Remembering and attuning to what you DO want is a true super power.
Why are people afraid to express their true selves? Maybe because they are afraid to lose love. But love is inherent. We are the source of love ourselves.
