Hello my friend 🩶
A tough 8days lie ahead, but at least the drive off the bike is going to be a pleasure.
Thank you @FordSouthAfrica for supporting Team Sheuntamed Mustangs for the week of the @CapeEpic .
Congratulations @FordSouthAfrica 👏. Could not agree more with this award. Head & shoulders above the rest. 🤩
Whether you're conquering dunes or cruising the city,
the Ford Ranger 3.0T V6 Raptor 4WD stands as the undisputed king of bakkies!
Well Done @FordSouthAfrica for winning the "Ultimate Double Cab" Category, may that V6 rev all night!

Could not ask for a better bike tripping vehicle partner. The @FordSouthAfrica Raptor 3l V6 performs like a dream on the open road even when packed to capacity.
Miles of smiles on the road to the ABSA Cape Epic. Safe wheels on and off the bike.

The Big 5 gets all the hype, but South Africa is home to animals of all shapes and sizes. Next time you go on safari, be sure to keep an eye out for these buggers. getaway.co.za/travel-ideas/h…

People get so upset about small things. It ruins the rest of their day and in many cases those of their loved ones on a continuous basis. You have to make peace with an imperfect world where you cannot change everything and make the best of what you have, how little that may be.

Such an important message for woman’s racing. Lets support each other!
This shows exactly one of the reasons why I love mountainbiking so much❤️ @sparkleaddict and many other riders provide a field you can race with and grow with at the same time - it's what @redbullbike Fast Life shows here! Onto more of these experiences✌🏻
