Sounds weird but its just so boring for me as an aimcoach, the only fun thing is personalised coaching but tbf if you do it so often day in and out it gets repetitive too, the only cool thing is finding new maps, but only 1 out of 100 is going to be really "new" or "good"

Like no bro you cant just play Close Fast Strafes Easy Invincible anymore you need some underground >100 players map with the weirdest name you have every seen because that one is surely better and cooler

But honestly just get a daily routine going and just dont stop even if you feel like you dont want it, gets you further than you think, at least for me
