They want you to believe that if the advisory panel meets, they will stop mass shootings from happening. These people don’t want public safety. They want to punish licensed gun owners. Period 🇹🇩
Advisory panel set to advise minister @gary_srp on review of firearms classification including #SKS has yet to hold its first meeting - almost a year after Ottawa announced new panel: "PolySeSouvient said this week that instead of implementing a comprehensive ban on assault-style firearms and high-capacity magazines, 'the government keeps announcing new consultations and panels, and each one becomes another reason to postpone actual change. Lives are at stake. The government needs to stop consulting and start acting, before more people are killed in mass shootings.'” ctvnews.ca/politics/article/

I concur wholeheartedly!!! Well said sir.
No amount of tragedy justifies persecuting innocent people. Not in a free country anyway. You want me to support harsher penalties for gun violence or mass shooters? I'm in. I'm 100% in. I'd probably go farther with punishments for that than you would. No one is advocating for more mass shootings. What we're advocating for is leaving us 2.5 million innocent and peaceful Canadians alone. We are not mass shooters. We are not mass shooters in waiting. Putting me in prison doesn't prevent mass shootings. Putting me in prison doesn't make society safer. The things you claim to be trying to stop isn't being done by the people you're trying to put in prison.

Gun control is often sold using misleading language like “assault-style,” or using tragic, but statistically rare shootings as justification, rather than where the majority of gun deaths happen (hint: not from mass shootings), or where crime guns come from (hint: not Canada). 🇹🇩

Tracey Wilson: Liberal ‘fear porn’ about a US invasion is a fantasy while Ottawa disarms its own gun owners @TWilsonOttawa did not mince words. “It’s pure liberal boomer fear porn. That’s what it is. And it’s actually embarrassing,” she said. Full interview with @ezralevant: rebelne.ws/47WsmDD.

George Orwell Would Have a Field Day in Canada Today George Orwell understood something politicians would rather we forget: control the language and you can influence how people think. Look at Canadian politics. Borrowed money becomes an “investment.” More government spending becomes “compassion.” Preferential treatment becomes “equity.” Political disagreement becomes “division.” Unpopular opinions become “misinformation.” Government failures become excuses for expanding government authority. And when citizens question the official narrative, too often the response is to attack their motives rather than answer their arguments. Orwell warned us about political language designed to conceal reality rather than explain it. Our media should be challenging that language, especially publicly funded broadcasters such as the CBC. Journalism should hold government accountable, regardless of which party holds power. Canada is not Orwell’s 1984. We still have democratic elections, independent courts, and freedom to criticize our government. Those distinctions matter. But democracy requires more than the right to vote every few years. It requires citizens willing to question authority, demand evidence, and reject political double standards. I don’t care whether it’s Liberal, Conservative, or NDP. Apply the same standards to everyone. Orwell’s lesson is simple: When politicians change the meaning of words, citizens need to pay closer attention to the facts. A government that cannot defend its policies without manipulating language deserves more scrutiny, not more trust. Think for yourself. Question authority. Demand evidence. That’s how you keep a free country free.

I was born in Calgary. I've spent my whole life in Toronto. Over the past two years, filming the documentary Broken Country, I've spent more time in Alberta than I have since I moved east. And I've come away seeing the separation debate very differently than I did going in. I met a lot of separatists. Almost none of them were who I expected. They weren't angry cranks with a flag. They were farmers, nurses, oil workers, small-business owners, grandparents. And the thing that surprised me most: most of them want nothing more than to remain in Canada. They just can't see another choice. Think about what they've lived through. The National Energy Program. Pipelines approved, then cancelled, then litigated into the ground. A tanker ban on one coast. Hundreds of billions sent east through equalization, returned as lectures about how the industry that pays for Canada's infrastructure and provincial shortfalls is something to be ashamed of. A federal government that has gone to court to argue Alberta's own resources aren't Alberta's business. And through all of it, a Parliament where their votes are a rounding error. You can disagree with every policy position Albertans hold and still see the pattern: a province that built one of the most productive economies on Earth, asked over and over to apologize for it. The people pushing for a referendum aren't traitors. They're patriots. They are standing up for what they believe in and fighting for a better future for their kids, a future their own federal government keeps telling them they don't deserve. That's not a tantrum. That's what citizens are supposed to do when nobody in power is listening. I'll say it plainly: I want nothing more than for Alberta to stay in Canada. This country is not whole without it. If Alberta leaves the country I love and am fighting for will cease to exist. But maybe a referendum vote is exactly the wake-up call the rest of us need. Not because Alberta should leave, but because the rest of Canada has to finally decide whether it wants to be a partner or a landlord.

Carney will suck Canada dry to line his own pockets. Leave it in the worst shape it's ever been, then return to the EU laughing and rolling in billions he siphoned off us.
If you ever, for a second believe that Mark Carney gave a shit about Canadians Charter Rights. Pay attention to the words he used in his op-ed in 2022 for the G&M to describe the Peaceful Convoy Protest. đ—–đ—”đ—„đ—Ąđ—˜đ—Ź: ‱ Sedition ‱ Treachery ‱ Insurrection Snake!

Canada has spent $160 billion on climate change, $25 billion to Ukraine, $100 billion to foreign countries just in the last ten years. None of this has improved Canadians lives. Taxpayers borrowed that $285 billion and now pay interest on it this has to stop.

Carney is liar...a pathological, arrogant, egotistical liar. He is making Trudeau look good and that my friends is terrifying.
Mark Carney June 25, 2026 - “Canada is now creating jobs at twice the rate of the United States.”‹ July 10th 2026 During his Saudi Arabia visit: “We’re growing jobs at twice the rate of the United States.”‹ August 6, 2026 — Speaking in Saguenay, Quebec, “We’re creating jobs at twice the rate of the United States” August 23, 2026, he said Canada was “creating jobs in this economy at FOUR times the rate of the United States.” The harsh reality is the U.S. over the last two months gained 975,000 jobs and Canada lost 110,000 How long do Canadians put up with Carney’s endless gaslighting & lies?

Carney said we should judge him by the price of groceries. Well, let’s judge him. 33% of food banks say they have a waitlist, 35% have had to turn people away because of limited food. A waitlist. In Canada. To get food. This is the result of Liberal policies. Let him be judged.

Of all the twisted, sordid details of this horrific crime, the disgusting perps, the 3 years of planning and grooming, the lust for the death of children, the horrors perpetrated on this community, Poly here seizes the opportunity to use it to demand a ban a make and model of hunting rifle. I can’t. It’s so gross.

My god she is such an airhead. Come on Toronto, you can do so much better!
👀WOW: @MayorOliviaChow, who spent the night reading from a script, RATTLED by @BradMBradford on public safety in Scarborough “Why did you choose not to sit on the Police Board if public safety is so important to you?” “He doesn't support banning guns. Why do people need guns?”

If only groups like @Polysesouvient would shift their focus away from their vendetta against legal gun owners, towards the real issues like this, they might just save some lives.
RCMP now confirm they “were aware” of the Tumbler Ridge shooter before the massacre. Aware of the warnings. Aware of the weapons concerns. Aware of the killer and now six children and two adults are dead. What a catastrophic failure! #cdnpoli

Replying to @Polysesouvient
@Polysesouvient an absolute failure of the intervention points not being acted upon, just the same as in NS and every other mass shooting that has occurred across Canada and the USA. You do not care about the safety of Canadian children and it blatantly shows.
