What part of the Pat McAfee Polymarket Draft King Game of the Week Presented by the Save College Sports Act isn’t attractive to you people?

For the umpteenth time: Quit trying to analyze Trump. Quit trying to figure out why he says and does the things he says and does. I’m so fucking sick of listening to some panel on CNN try to discuss his latest bizarre pronouncement like he’s some normal human being. Stop that. This isn’t complicated- He’s not a normal human being. He’s a sociopath. He lies as he breathes. He’s an idiot. He’s a Russian asset. He gets off on being cruel. He’s never been held accountable for anything he’s done his entire life. He’s a horrible person. And he’s the biggest fucking crybaby who’s ever lived. That’s it.

Even if LIV golf carries on in some crumbly state, its die was cast before any shot was ever hit.
Someone once said that the path to complacency is paved with complacent companions.
The marrow of the LIV tour, a reimagined golf competition, was eaten out by the cancer of complacency. The players knew what they were doing had no meaning and their insensate and perfunctory passion was like a bad smell, the source of which you couldn’t find, but you knew it came from sh*t.

I can't breathe the air, I can't eat lettuce, I can't afford gas, and my kids have measles. But at least now our soldiers will have enough testosterone.
Not calling his book “The Seven Figure Mountain” was a real missed opportunity.
I’ve been writing this book for a long time, and I’m honored to finally be able to share the full story with you all. Communion is about my personal journey and how I found my way back to faith.
It will be available in June, but you can pre-order today: a.co/d/0cTpceI7

Mamaw slept with a loaded gun on her bedside table. When I asked her why, she said, "Denmark's failure to ensure Greenland's security has left us vulnerable."

Taylor Rehmet had James Talarico surrogating for him btw.
Between this, Bobby Pulido’s endorsement, and the support of other local elected officials campaigning with Talarico, it’s clear who down-ballot candidates trust to lead the ticket.

It is increasingly clear that the careless mass introduction of 1:1 devices (on each kid's desk) in the 2010s was, at best, a waste of billions that could have been spent on teachers. At worst: a major cause of declining ed outcomes.
Of all the things I've been wrong about, the failure of edtech is the most disappointing.
I was so taken with @khanacademy's notion of the "flipped classroom" (world class lectures online, collaborative work in the classroom), but a combination of the disastrous Covid-era remote school experience and the mounting evidence that screens are mostly a distraction for kids shows that this was wishful thinking.

Schrödinger’s Second Amendment:
- Guns are a mandatory prerequisite for the government to respect your rights.
- Guns immediately invalidate your rights and the government can execute you on the spot if you have one.

From my appearance on 60 Minutes:
Me:
Research works. If you want to freeze society where it is, then cripple the research enterprise.
Bill Whitaker of 60 Minutes:
Is that whole idea being lost in the harsh rhetoric by the administration?
Me:
The attack on universities is a tragic blunder. For all the foibles of universities, and there are many, and I pointed them out, universities' research makes life better, massively so. Why would you want to cripple it? It's something that the United States does really, really well.
Hey gang - sorry for the soft porn spamming. Account got hacked, finally was able to regain access. Hope you enjoyed the show, but now back to our regularly scheduled programming. This will be a college football account for the next four months.

Did @govbilllee uproot TN National Guard personnel from their families and jobs to go to DC to pick up garbage and guard a yogurt shop? Does Lee even know what the individuals he sent to DC are being asked to do? Does he even care?
