You know about 700K #H1B migrants in US jobs needed by US grads. Then add the OPTs, CPTs, J1s, TNs, O1s & H4EADs. And there's more! "Experts estimate that there are between 310,000 and 337,000 L-1 workers in the United States." IOW, at least 1.5 million bit.ly/4zxUQPT

This staffing company is recruiting for U.S. IT jobs but explicitly limits applicants to H-4 EAD holders, green card EAD holders, and green card holders. American citizens need not apply.

Everything is for sale.
Dr. Ratesh Khillan (Brooklyn USCE) complains about visa scams, yet sells rotation packages ranging from $1.6K to $9K to IMGs from India. Meanwhile, U.S. students are locked out of local clinical slots. Peak hypocrisy!👇@PlumbNick @ChillMode2345 #img #j1 #usce #meded @DrOzCMS #h1b

Benefis Hospital in Montana created a new residency program in 2025 to address the local doctor shortage. Its inaugural Internal Medicine class was 80% foreign-medical-school trained. Further, their inaugural-class graphic appears to relabel multiple MBBS graduates as “MD.” 2025 residents (image 1): Dewmini Abeynayake Non-U.S. UMHS, St. Kitts Khansa Ali Non-U.S. Liaquat, Pakistan Batool Alnahar Non-U.S. MBBS, Saudi Arabia Porntawee Aphivantrakul U.S. Emory Yasein Aswad Non-U.S. MBBS, Alfaisal, Saudi Arabia Muhammad Asad Ullah Awan Non-U.S. MBBS, National University of Medical Sciences, Rawalpindi Jon Harwell U.S. MD according to the program composition data; exact school still not located publicly Khushal Khan Non-U.S. Khyber Medical College, Pakistan Naveed Ullah Khan Non-U.S. MBBS; exact school still unresolved Faraz Waheed Non-U.S. Khyber Medical College, Pakistan; publicly describes himself as a non-U.S. IMG The second class (image 2) was 40% trained at foreign medical schools - across both cohorts, 12 of 20 (60%) attended medical school outside the United States. I think we know which way Montana is headed…

Understand that most American medical school seniors take their licensing exams while juggling clinical rotations and traveling the country for residency interviews. Many foreign medical students take a year off just to study for the USMLEs. With so many foreign doctors being brought into the U.S. healthcare system, the question should be: what is the value of a U.S. medical school education? Another question worth asking: why haven't more medical schools been created in the U.S.? The demand for enrollment is there, as is the marketplace demand. Eight years ago, we started a project called "Doctors Without Jobs" to bring attention to the plight of the many American doctors who have simply been thrown overboard by the system, and we testified before Congress during the Biden administration on this issue. Sadly, the situation has only gotten worse since then. As the NRMP data below shows, the number of U.S. medical school graduates matching into residencies continues to go down, while the number of foreign-trained physicians getting residencies at U.S. teaching hospitals continues to go up.

Why are 62% of hospit residents at this hospital speciifcally from PAKISTAN? Not just international or even subcontinental, but specifically Pakistani? Ethnic networking at the HR department is the only plausible explanation. The Indian vs Pakistani HR catfight will be wild
Something changed at Texas Health HEB/Denton. Among its current Internal Medicine residents, graduates of Pakistani medical schools make up: PGY-3: 5 of 20 = 25% PGY-2: 3 of 19 = 16% PGY-1: 13 of 21 = 62% The newest class isn’t just more international, nearly two-thirds of the entire class attended medical school in Pakistan. Maybe this is what happens when an Abbott-appointee simultaneously serves as U.S. coordinator for an initiative of Pakistan’s Ministry of Planning.

BREAKING: Rochester General Hospital in New York hired 82 resident doctors. 80 are foreign workers on H-1B or J-1 visas. Only 2 are Americans. 98% of the residency slots went to visa workers- mostly from countries with documented USMLE cheating. Americans got 2 jobs.

Sure the @AmerMedicalAssn is more interested in their fund than anything else...Optum is their CPT code partner..has been AMA and United Healthcare Combine Efforts to Once Again To Push CMS To Institute Algorithmic and ICD Coding To Rip Off Patients/Deny Access–It’s the Next Chapter of Excess Scoring in the US To Keeps Inequality/Segmentation Rolling (my last @MedicalQuack blog post in 2019) Good stuff to read there...tinyurl.com/25r2l9ue The AMA selected Optum360, which is owned by UnitedHealth Group, as the vendor for the licensing fees for Practice Fusion users AMA too, they want to be a big code shop and sell software and toolkits to doctors, most of which despise the AMA:) AMA Fund=Health 2047 code shop in Menlo Park, Silicon Valley..3000 Sand Hill Rd suite 3-210, Menlo Park, CA 94025 bit.ly/3nmtbOZ AMA is what I call a perception consulant as they sell the public on how they help doctors and they don't do a thing expect paint that perception and watch their fund, Health 2047🤮 MDs began years ago running away from the AMA... AMA will make you a loan though or sell your malpractice insurance..who knows about their pricing though..they want money from doctors, that's for sure..

“It’s Alabama - It’s rural, of course they have to rely on foreign medical graduates.” Cool, here’s non-rural BronxCare Pediatrics in New York City. Class of 2027: 15/15 attended foreign medical schools Class of 2028: 15/15 Class of 2029: 13/14 43 of 44. 97.7%.
When you hear “Baptist hospital in Montgomery, Alabama,” is this the residency class you picture? Broken laws got us to the point where we have a doctor trained at the Government Medical College in Bhavnagar, India leading a residency program where 23/24 residents are foreign med school grads.

AMA is the worst and always has been. As an institution it is emblematic of the rot in the system. Decades ago, they should have been preparing for the inevitable increase in demand for healthcare by expanding the number of medical schools and teaching hospitals. But , NO! Moreover, there is no shortage of highly qualified Americans wanting to become doctors and enter other areas of the healing arts. They compensated for this lack of investment by using immigration. Immigration allowed the Hospitalist system to maximize profits and all the while degrading the quality of care. Just shameful.
25% of US physicians are NOT American, yet somehow the AMERICAN Medical Association is lobbying to let more foreign doctors in. American Hospital Association I get - they want cheap labor. But AMA?

@neonwhiterabbit was the first person talking about this ... It is so scary to think the person removing your Mom's gall bladder is a fake doctor, who never attended Medical School. Only the Boomers could have designed a medical system like this
🚨Bombshell reports just exposed fake Indian doctors, including emergency trauma surgeons, getting counterfeit degrees and coming to America. I asked the Department of Labor Inspector General about it. He confirmed it with a horrifying story... "There was a doctor in middle America who was not qualified, basically exactly what you just described. There was a kid basketball player in his freshman year of high school who needed to get a physical to be on the basketball team. He went and got his physical. The doctor was not qualified. He did an MRI." Dr. Oz subpoenaed the doctor. He looked at the MRI for SEVEN seconds and approved a clean bill of health. The child died two weeks later, suffered from an enlarged heart. "He obviously gave the kid what he needed to play on the basketball team. Two weeks later, the kid was dead on the basketball court. he had an enlarged heart that what l think was either two or three times the size of a normal" This is a parent's worst nightmare. Just imagine how many other fake doctors there are within the United States, @USLaborIG

Sure it’s just a coincidence. . . 🤣
🚨 Wow. Apparently all but one of Parkview Health’s new class of internal medicine residents in Indiana are foreigners here on J-1 visas. America should do whatever it takes to recruit and train Americans for these critical jobs not rely on imported labor
