John and all the hospital team are amazing. Consistently go above and beyond and find solutions where there didn’t seem to be any.
Some lovely feedback for John, who works on our hospital inreach team. The team works across several of the city's hospitals to ensure that patients at risk of homelessness have suitable accommodation and support when they are discharged.

We helped Tracy when her health issues meant her home was no longer suitable. We found a fully accessible 2 bedroom flat & negotiated an exemption from the bedroom tax so her family carers can stay overnight with her.
