You did it. You got yourself a new Tesla Roadster. You jump in and put the pedal to the metal. You feel like you're taking off from a carrier as you're shoved into your seat. You see a vehicle ahead. You're at 200 mph. Time to hit the jump rockets.
And then...
Pot, meet kettle. Once again, liberals will absolutely eat their own and feign like they don’t do the very things they criticize their friends for. Just because the backlash for hiding gay shit in your gamewas smaller doesn’t mean you’re immune. Better not fuck up LOTR.
Same question as below. I also looked into who these “narrative consultants” are, and I just can’t wrap my head around why anyone would hire someone, whose only writing credit is “additional writing” on a pixel art mix of Tower Defense and Techno Synthwave, with a plot that revolves around "defending your town from the living embodiment of greed" as a “story consultant” on a 300 million dollar budget game. Especially, when the person also gives lectures claiming that “To prove that the space where whiteness doesn’t have to exist is where some of the best stories are told,” or where they mention that they’re here to “burn the games industry to the ground,” and who also thinks, that “Tarantino’s work does need to be critiqued out of existence.” Another consultant has a degree in marketing, and another one's only original work consists of three amateur short stories. How on earth is it possible, that you don’t need to have proper education, experience, or any track record worth mentioning, to work at a company which advises people a thousand times more talented and experienced, on how to do their jobs on triple A titles with budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars? It's like asking a janitor to perform brain surgery on someone. And I dont need to mention, that most games where they did the consulting turned out to be commercial disasters. WHY? What is the logic behind this?

John Linneman of Digital Foundry says publishers and developers are unhappy with Sony’s push toward a disc-less PlayStation future.
“They were largely very upset. A lot of these companies see a lot of return, in fact a majority, through physical sales. … The industry side of things is not positive.”
Washington Post journalist also said he was glad to see more people confirming the concerns, adding:
“these are not just ‘rumors’”
Now let’s see if more people start talking about this
This is a great move. Now announce that Project Helix has a disc drive and you win the next console war.
A multi-billion dollar company chasing its tail trying to smoke out the leaker of their most predatory game yet will never not be funny to me.
NGL the people who wrote this are retarded. Wolverine tanked an atom bomb and Omega level Phoenix in the movies. Walked off an atmospheric fall in the comics. He doesn’t need saving by a square jawed tranny Hystique. Wtf even is this game?
