Wow @virginmedia bereavement process is the absolute pits - passed from phone to sms to WhatsApp to phone to Web. I now have to fill out a form like it's the 90s. Omni channel at its absolute worst.
Here's the process:
Call number on statement and get ivr
Select close account option
Sent sms
Have sms chat, explain it's a bereavement
Get told this is better via WhatsApp
Get WhatsApp invitation
Have WhatsApp chat
Told to call another number
Join a queue, q msg says go online
I honestly wish everyone thought like this.

Unimpressed @MonmouthXpress - having a tracker that says you're 30 miles away then turning up in the next 10 mins while I'm walking the dog is far worse than not having a tracker at all. Exacerbated by pushing every call to voicemail during business hours.
Received my covid jab invitation. There's a centre within walking distance of my house, but the closest I've been offered is 13 miles away, and there's nothing available. If I'm going to be offered places with no appointments, why wasn't the nearest on the list?
