The French school protests are not merely about migrants vs France, or Islam vs Europe, as Donald Trump claimed. The truth is actually far more terrifying, says Driss Ghali buff.ly/X2piUJb

Almost killed by e-bike running a red while I had the pedestrian signal. Easily the 20th time this has happened to me. These things are the biggest transit hazard in NYC, and no one holds their reckless riders to account.

WOW 🤯🇩🇰 Denmark's left-wing prime minister Mette Frederiksen wants the niqab banned in classrooms and prayer rooms removed from schools. She hopes the measure will counter “parallel societies” of non-integrated foreigners. Her words: "I am Denmark's prime minister. I am also a woman. And I cannot stand the oppression of women." And this is the LEFT in Denmark. It’s a good step in the right direction.

They gave their lives for their son. Deborah Matias, 50, and her husband Shlomi, 49, both musicians, lived in Kibbutz Holit. She was a singer, and he taught music at a mixed Arab and Jewish high school. On October 7 they were murdered in their home while shielding their son Rotem with their bodies. Rotem, 16, was shot but survived. His sisters Shaked and Shir hid elsewhere and were unharmed. We will always remember them.

I can already here the responses: 1. Law school faculties are well balanced ideologically. 2. Law school faculties do not discriminate against conservatives. 3. Law school hiring is a meritocracy. Ergo, the lack of conservatives is proof that conservatives lack merit. I’m so tired of that BS.
95% of law professors are leftish—has any left law professor publicly criticized the Boulder case? There was no left-wing professorial dissent on the Obamacare and Noel Canning cases either. There’s more dissent within just the Fed Soc than the entire rest of the academy.

💥Alan Dershowitz *GOES NUCLEAR* on Zohran Mamdani💥 “Mamdani is a vicious liar, bigot, antisemite — and a HORRIBLE all-around human being!" Dershowitz asserted Mamdani is well aware Israel has *NOT* committed "genocide." Dershowitz also noted he is from New York — so Mamdani being Mayor of the city is especially egregious to him. Today, on the anniversary of the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas terrorist attack against Israel, Mamdani made a disgraceful post. Mamdani did not even describe the attack as terrorism. He instead used most of his post to criticize Israel over the "genocide" hoax. Mamdani's post has rightfully been condemned by both sides of the political spectrum.

October 7 should be sacred. It is a day to remember the innocent lives taken by Hamas butchers, the hostages ripped from their families and held captive for months on end, and the deadliest attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Yet even today, @NYCMayor cannot put aside his ideological obsession with Israel long enough to simply let Jews mourn. At a time of rising antisemitism, words matter, and rhetoric has real-world consequences. There are 364 other days for politics. Today, remember the victims. Condemn Hamas. Stand with the Jewish community. It should not be difficult.

An absolutely atrocious statement that epitomizes the Mayor’s deep antisemitism and anti-Americanism. And of course, the senior aides around him who painstakingly helped write this vile garbage are so imbued themselves with antisemitism that they don’t even realize how heinous this is. There is a reason both Democrats and Republicans are condemning this absolutely tone deaf and outrageous statement. October 7, 2023 was the bloodiest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust when innocent civilians including Americans were raped, slaughtered, and killed by Hamas jihadist terrorists.
This day is profoundly painful for so many New Yorkers. It marks three years since the horrific war crimes of October 7. On that day, Hamas killed more than 1,100 Israelis and abducted 251 others. We grieve alongside our many friends and neighbors who still carry that unthinkable loss. The suffering did not begin nor end that day. It instead continued through the Israeli government’s devastating, ongoing genocide in Gaza, in which it has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians—including more than 21,000 children. Even since the so-called ceasefire, more than 1,400 Palestinians have been killed. That suffering has intensified with every Israeli bomb dropped on ambulances waiting outside hospitals, every drone strike targeting a residential building or journalist, and every shipment of food aid turned away at a border crossing. Many New Yorkers are reckoning with this unbearable grief, and we mourn alongside them – all while knowing that our tax dollars fund these war crimes. Three years later, we must refuse to accept a world in which occupation and apartheid continue, where war crimes are met with impunity, and our federal government continues its complicity with every arms shipment. To honor the dead, we must fight for a world in which every person can live with freedom, safety, and dignity.

A despicable man. Palestine gets far more press than Israel, and more sympathetic writing. He should have stopped after the first paragraph.

Oberlin College spent 6 years and $36 million arguing that catching a thief is racism. 3 students pled guilty to stealing from Gibson’s Bakery in 2016. The dean handed out flyers calling the 1885 family bakery a racist shop with a long record of racial profiling, after which the college cut its contracts and condemned it. The Gibsons sued. While Oberlin called the flyers “student speech,” the jury disagreed, awarded $44 million, Ohio cut it to $36.5 million, and the school paid after losing its appeals in 2022. The patriarch died before the verdict. A billion dollar college treated a neighborhood bakery as a political enemy for enforcing the law.
