I did not create it, I have never controlled it, and I have never received a single dollar from it. Until recently I did not even know it existed. *11 January 2026* — @HeebooOfficial tells the community the creator fees pay for "artists, salaries, activations both in Web3 and web2." *31 July 2026* — same channel: "No, Heeboo does not have the creator wallet." *10 August 2026* — letter from their CEO: "we do not hold, and have never held" the wallet, with an offer to help me identify the current holder. Who holds it was never my question. I asked who set that wallet up, who has controlled it, and what the money was spent on. I received only a wallet address. HEEBOO ran the web3 side of solana:C29ebrgYjYoJPMGPnPSGY1q3mMGk4iDSqnQeQQA7moon since the token was created. So who set that wallet up at launch, on whose instruction, and where did the money go? I have tried to do this the proper way, with formal letters, through lawyers, so it could be resolved decently and without dragging the community through it. However, HEEBOO has continued to spread incorrect and incomplete information on Telegram. To this day I have not received any transaction-level records, or a single original invoice for the expenses they say they paid. What I have received is a "friendly" letter with explanations instead of evidence or documents. I did not refuse a call. My letter says, in writing, that I remain prepared to meet as soon as the requested info is delivered. This transparency is essential to have any meaningful discussion. My legal team formally sent @Claynosaurz @HeebooOfficial a letter on August 3. It includes formal notices and demands for documentation on specific matters tied to the $NOBODY token, and one tied to the blind box/plush situation. As of now, Claynosaurz/HEEBOO still has full control of the $NOBODY token. Nothing has changed on that front yet. Separately, I also want to clear something up: someone on their team had access to this X account since the token launched, and used to post and reply here. I removed that access a few weeks ago. It's only me on this account now. I'll share updates as I have them. The reason of my silence is that I have been working through this properly with lawyers, not reacting in public. My background is art, not web3, so understanding all of this properly isn't quick for me. @HeebooOfficial still has full control of the $NOBODY token — this hasn't changed. I was surprised by HEEBOO's announcement last Wednesday about Nobody Sausage moving in a new direction. To be transparent with our community: this wasn't a decision I was part of, and I didn't know it was coming. I found out reading it on X, same as everyone else. It says I’m “resuming full control” of $NOBODY - that’s not accurate. There’s no “resuming” something I never had. Control over the wallets and token contract has always been with @HeebooOfficial /@Claynosaurz , never with me. A “smooth handover” implies both sides were at the table. That’s not what happened. I made the art and most of the content. HEEBOO/Claynosaurz control the token, the wallets, and the business decisions. HEEBOO called this a “difference in creative vision.” It wasn’t.
