Before you tackle fall yard work, look up and stay aware of overhead power lines. Keep ladders, poles and tree branches at least 10 feet away from power lines and never attempt to trim vegetation growing near electrical equipment.

OUTAGE UPDATE - SAT, OCT 10 AS OF 4 PM We understand it has been a long day and appreciate your continued patience during the restoration process. Crews have been making steady progress with repairs since daylight and are still hard at work cutting trees and repairing lines.

OUTAGE UPDATE - SAT, OCT 10 AS OF 2 PM We currently have approximately 2,100 members without power. The majority of the remaining outages are in Lee and Montgomery counties. Crews are working non-stop to safely restore power.

OUTAGE UPDATE - SAT, OCT 10 AS OF 1 PM We currently have just under 2,700 members without power. Our current outage locations can be viewed on our outage map. We are grateful for your continued patience and understanding. outagemap.dixie.coop

OUTAGE UPDATE - SAT, OCT 10 AS OF 12 NOON We are now under 3,000 members without power. This means crews have already restored power to more than half of the members who were originally without power. They are steadily working to remove trees and repair downed power lines.

We want to take a moment outside of our updates to thank everyone for your words of encouragement and support for our linemen. They take their jobs very personal and are so dedicated and determined to get power safely restored to all our members. Thank you for thinking of them!
