As an unforgettable chapter closes in Glasgow, a new journey begins.
With memories made, history written, and hearts full of pride, we now turn our eyes to the future.
As the Commonwealth Sport Flag is handed over to our delegation—athlete representative and two-time Olympic medallist Neeraj Chopra, Olympian and CGA India President Dr. P. T. Usha, and Hon. Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat Harsh Sanghavi—we proudly carry forward the legacy of these incredible Games into their centenary year.
It is a sacred responsibility, one we accept with deep gratitude, immense pride, and an unwavering commitment to honour the enduring spirit of the Commonwealth Games.
The road to the Centenary Commonwealth Games now leads to our very own Amdavad in 2030.
The baton has been passed. The countdown begins. 🇮🇳
It’s now time for #Amdavad2030.

I am in London with one of India’s largest-ever business delegations to the UK, comprising over 160 pioneering companies, to translate a historic economic vision into meaningful action.
Addressing the Business Plenary Session today, I highlighted the strong momentum in India-UK ties as we move towards a defining milestone with the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) set to come into force on 15 July 2026.
It was heartening to interact with leaders from across sectors, united by a shared belief in the immense opportunities that lie ahead.
With the India-UK CETA opening new frontiers for growth, I invite businesses across both nations to deepen engagement, accelerate innovation, and invest with greater ambition for shared prosperity.

Truly honoured to have received the Special Award for Exceptional Leadership in Elevating UK-India Relations at the Annual UK-India Awards 2026 in London.
This recognition belongs to the many bridge-builders across governments, businesses, academia, culture, and our vibrant diaspora who continue to strengthen India-UK ties.
I also congratulate all my fellow awardees for their outstanding contributions towards enriching this valuable partnership.
Addressed a distinguished gathering of over 300 policymakers and industry leaders on the next chapter of our partnership, with the India-UK CETA taking effect on 15 July 2026 and becoming the fastest-implemented trade deal in British parliamentary history.
Under the decisive leadership of PM @NarendraModi ji, India’s growth story offers unprecedented opportunities for collaboration across trade, innovation, technology, education, and emerging sectors.
The best innings of the India-UK partnership are yet to come! 🇮🇳🤝🇬🇧

Meaningful discussions with my friend and counterpart Mr. @PeterKyle in London as we explored new opportunities to deepen India-UK economic and trade cooperation.
The conversation reflected the warmth, trust and forward-looking vision that continue to define our bilateral partnership.
With the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and Double Contribution Convention (DCC) coming into effect on July 15, 2026, we remain committed to fostering an ecosystem that promotes innovation, investment, and holistic growth for both nations. 🇮🇳🇬🇧

The India-UK trade pact is a testament to how New India does business.
In my article, I write about how the India-UK CETA is a truly people-centric agreement that will benefit Indian farmers, businesses, artisans & people across the country.
By unlocking the premium UK market, it creates attractive global opportunities for women entrepreneurs, youth, startups & MSMEs, while empowering the underprivileged without compromising India's core interests.
