Most Black homicide victims in America are killed by other Black offenders. That’s not a talking point. That’s FBI and CDC data.
Black Americans are ~14% of the population and more than half of homicide victims. When the killer’s race is known, roughly 85–90% of those victims were killed by someone Black. White-on-Black homicide exists. Ideological “white supremacist” murders exist. Both are a sliver next to the actual body count.
If the banner said “no more young men shooting each other,” it would be aimed at the problem that is actually killing people. 💯

21,000 people were murdered as a result of political violence during the last two decades of apartheid. More than 90% of them were murdered as a result of what the TRC described as 'black-on-black violence'.
