Before we say goodbye to August, let's look back two weeks to when Chicago Bears Chairman George McCaskey visited our districtwide Institute Day.

He got our staff fired up for the year ahead by sharing the origin of Ben Johnson's adoption of the Bears' motto, "good, better, best."

Contrary to what some may assume, the phrase comes from Johnson's high school football coach, highlighting the impact staff members can have on their students. Thank you to the @ChicagoBears for helping us start the year off right!
