It breaks my heart when I see a patient wearing a surgical mask in the hospital.
They obviously WANT to protect themselves.
Public health has so utterly failed that they believe the surgical mask will be enough.

Wow. In failing to address or abate the ongoing COVID pandemic, we are damaging our own cognition 3x worse than the Roman Empire inflicted upon itself with brain damage from lead pipes.
The big difference? They had no idea what heavy metal poisoning could do in 100 AD.
We’ve known of brain damage from COVID since 2021. Our failure to halt the pandemic doesn’t reflect well on us, does it?
