Following up on my loss of 131 M snek on @DanoFinance a bug in their closed source code erroneously priced my tokens 1 million times cheaper. This was mainly because they price tokens in Lovelace and snek is a zero decimal token. So price was divided a million times causing a total loss of my assets. After a few days when they realized they can’t recover my assets they send me a message stating “There was no bug in the smart contract and Dano will not compensate users loss” However there is onchain evidence i collected that shows that the price bug was recreated and then fixed. So Dano saying there was no issue is materially incorrect and they are trying to hide the problem that existed in their code. I decided to seek legal help and I formally requested Dano finance to initiate the legal process. They have liability terms that protect them but I have a good case of fraud or gross negligence since they tried to cover up the bug in order to evade responsibility. A few days later this happens. It was also a disclosed bug in the audit of their closed source code. So what are the chances Dano hacked themselves as a final attempt to protect themselves from recovering users loss on their platform? Did anyone come forward and say they were affected by the hack? Or is this a sophisticated internal self hack to dodge responsibility and claim bankruptcy Communication has been non existent. If you are affected, please reach out so we can join efforts.
