Kenny Omega points out Yota Tsuji’s weakness: “In my era, Kazuchika Okada was too strong, and to win the belt, I had to become an extremely strong all-rounder. But now, most IWGP champions have very clear weaknesses. Tsuji has parts that are very strong, but he lacks experience. To me, it looks like he is terrified of failing on the world stage, and that is why he might be running away from my challenge. Being unable to admit that honestly is also his weak point. Right now, he is just mimicking top wrestlers around the world. There might be many wrestlers who want to defeat Tsuji, but watching Ryogoku, I felt there are few wrestlers who admire or respect him. Everyone just seems to be vaguely waiting for their turn. But if I become champion, everyone will realize they cannot win easily, so their motivation will rise and they can work harder at practice. Tsuji is just one step ahead of everyone right now. I want to be a champion whose back cannot even be seen.” #njpw #ケニー・オメガ #辻陽太
